That is just an expression. As a matter of fact they know exactly where it is. It is not "lost". It just doesn't belong to you anymore. Never invest with somone that loses your money. Investing is hard enough.
Debentures. D-e-b-E-n... that's when you can't afford to BUY your food, not when you can't chew it.
You could try it. The broker is required to match you with he closest bid price though. So even if you put a buy order in at 45, most likely you'll still get 39. But if you put up several million share AON. anything could happen.
Hi. Gotta admit, you stumped me on that one. Thanks for playing.
Go chime in on my forward disconting thread. And let's get back to trading insights. All this #$%$ grabbing has reached it's limit.
No it doesn't say anything about where i bought. Also it doesn't say I CAN time the market. It just says I DID time the market. You guys really go out of your way trying to disprove things that have already happened.
You miss the whole point about making your own luck instead of waiting for it to happen to you.
But covetting, and jealousy, and hostility and sour grapes. That's the sad part.
I think we could both agree that jerry jones would have made more money if he had bought nokia in 1989. But even I am not so egotistical as to give advice to millionaires.
Now, when Nokia hits $15 you should sell. You will be a millionare too, and ii will stop giving you advice.
Looks like the market go it right when the share price of nokia jumped to about 6.50 on the MS deal. That was confirmed by the resistance hit at the recent selloff. Now all that remains is to play the spread, and skim a little off the top as euphoria takes over on the finalization of a deal that has already been baked into the share price.
Skim a little more on the rise up on a div announcement, and subsequent fall after the div is subtracted from the share price. Then we enter a period where nok burns some more cash, whether through aquisition, share buyback, or repayment of debt to get a clearer idea of the new valuation. (Hint: it is not $25B)
Everyone I ever met says "things don't o up forever" Then they bet like things go up forever.
Lots of money to be made trading here. That's not bashing, and it's not bragging. You may not agree with it. But sometimes it's beter to change your outlook based upon what the market is trying to tell you.
Bernie madoff would still be in business if he hadn't sold too. after all, it's just a paper loss.
No, i have a problem with YOUR statement. "I'm not averaging down... I'm buying more at a deep discount" Do you have a problem understanding yor own double talk?
Q4 $476M with decreasing guidance. So if you project $2B for the year, you are more optomistic than the people that run the company.
After the cash grab is done, I think we are going to have to take a much harder look at what NSN is capable of.
Of course as others have speculated, they might just surprise everyone and sell NSN and become a holding company for patents. I doubt it.
So 2/3.7 x 15 PE = 8.10 For long term investors, buying below 8.10 is good and selling above 8.10 is good.
I wasn't the one that asked if jorge resembled grover. I didn't call jorge a half wit.
I wasn't even in this conversation until some late to the party bagholder decided to take a pot shot at me in an effort to make himself feel better about his jealousy. That's ok. When you play "king of the hill" everyone goes after the guy on top. That is the way the game is played. The guy at the top yells "i'm king of the hill" and the other guys try to throw him off.
but throwing rocks isn't fair is it?
"I'm not averaging down... I'm buying more at a deep discount"
See what i mean folks? Start @ 8.16 drop to 6.66 go up to 7.65
they walk among us. i don't make this stuff up. these people are real.
