I am long soda stream with more shares than I care to admit. Here are a couple of things I think management should have done or should be doing now. Why are you not using Scarlet Johansen (sp?) to advertise your product? You paid her to bring her on board - now leverage that. Short of that you should be doing some advertising while you have the Walmart blitz going on. I have not seen any.
Second, your website looks like it was put together by a third rate amateur. Blurry photographs of the back labels of your bottled syrups to inform customers of the ingredients and no list of the contents of your mixed regular and diet soda cap packs shows poor attention to detail.
Third, you have too many flavors of syrup from forth rate brands and should be focusing more on the soda caps. Ramp up the soda cap production and variety of soda cap offerings! Cut the number of soda machine types to 3, no need for those outdated and poorly designed machines to be on the market. It only degrades your brand. Following this company is like watching paint dry. And your online delivery times!!!!! Every failing retailer takes weeks to delivery an order. Today’s successful retailers take only days to get there product to the customer.
Sorry about the rant but I thought this company was worth something. Now my investing thesis is based on hope of buyout.
