that's why the information that was posted on that site does not make sense to me
I know Mitek owns MD, but it is interesting to me that there is another player using the same methodology, I hope JD doesn't sue them too
Nice find friend, did you notice in the article that there is a website devoted to remote capture? On that site there was something that I found interesting. Valid Systems has the same type of RDC as Mitek, they take a picture. The article said that Valid was partnered with Ensenta, but if you go to the Ensenta website it says they are partnered with Mitek
one analyst asked a question on the last CC, to say that the analysts are not interested is a huge understatement
what amazes me is that someone actually pays these morons for their opinion, they would do a better job if they threw darts blindfolded
Russell C. Clark, Mitek Systems's Chief Financial Officer, recently acquired 149,519 shares of the company. The buys took place at prices ranging from $0.00 to $4.35 per share, on dates ranging from November 16 to November 17, 2015
You speak like someone who has no clue what wealthy people do with their assets. Thornton is an elderly gentleman who wife has recently passed, she was known as a very philanthropic lady. If I had to guess I would suspect that his shares are in some sort of trust for a child or perhaps a charity. Any company that has any amount of success will always have shareholders whose goals may not align with the major players in the company. If you are going to worry about what the wealthy do I suggest that either you work harder, win the lottery, marry a wealthy woman or just shut up, you sound like a petty person.
