There is no real company here yet. All of these pot stocks are trying to create a company, but the fact is this is still illegal on a Federal level which keeps them from opening a checking account. How can a publicly traded company operate in the real world without a bank? All these pot stocks are just trading vehicles until pot is legalized on a federal level. They will jump and flop about on every little bit of news.
I own some of this but I can't figure out what the company actually does. It's got a website and last year earned 8K. What am I missing? I guess the word HEMP or Marijuana in a stock is all it takes right now. They have four whole employees.
I just sold this again. I have watched ACTC for six or seven years and been in and out. I think I have lost over all. But the simple fact that a CEO could sell stock and not comply is beyond shameful. Any reputable company would fire him in a heartbeat. A hedge fund guy who doesn't know these rules. I don't believe his excuse. If he were on the other side of the fence he would be calling for his own head. I have always believe the science would overwhelm the #$%$ business side of this company and the street would come to believe in ACTC. But that has not happened and only the promise of the science keeps people investing in what would be otherwise be easily seen as a sad long term pump and dump. Gone again! Best of luck to true believers but mine is gone.
