Obozo's two greatest passions....
1) take away peoples right to protect themselves.
2) Import as many Muslims as possible.
3) STRINGENT backround checks for US citizens buying guns.,,,,,,open borders and no checks on illegals.
Whats his goal?
Parent_of_dummies is sometimes correct. (e.g. northern neighbor) Anyone remember Obozo and "Fast & Furious????" His great idea to supply Mexican drug gangs with assault rifles. NO ONE prosecuted. EVERONE in chain of command promoted. Even after the disaster they thought it wise to REWARD those involved.
Its law abiding people that are the issue.........and those darn racist police.
Obozo doing nothing? I disagree. He is doing his best to import 100,000 at this moment.
Barack HUSSAIN ill not even state the term Islamic terrorists.
Are you SURE that a simple no vote and the penalty would not apply? Can you state the source?
That doesn't make sense to me. Since MWE big holders prettu much determines the action, what would have been the purpose of the penalty to begin with?
My guess is that MWE management let them know they were walking away, even with the penalty.
This explains the price spread the last couple of days between MPLX and MWE. Now MWE should have a nice bump MPLX x 1.09 = about $48 + $5 = about $53. MWE closed at $43.85.
I voted my 13,000+ for yes. It will go through and it is the best option going forward.
The mistake was signing a 600+ million penalty AND not getting a confirmed minimum dollarb amount per share...
But as they say, that is yesterday's newspaper.
@banweapons - being sarcastic right? NO ONE, not even a lib can be that STUPID!
Look how the criminals don't use guns now because it is illegal to use them for crime.
Classic lib - another law and the criminals will not use them....WHAT A MORON!
HINT - maybe tell Obozo to stop supplying Mexican drug gangs??? That would be a start.
FYI response from EPIQ on SEC fund:
"At this time there is nothing further that you need to do for the Fair Fund matter (we have not yet begun sending notice or claims, hopefully we will begin in the next couple months depending on approvals). We have your contact information already from the claims you filed for the class action (confirmed with your address below). When notices begin mailing for this matter, you will be contacted using that address. If you have any change of address in the coming months, please let me know. Otherwise you will be contacted once we begin sending notice.
The Notice will include any information on next steps you may need to take to be eligible (the eligibility criteria has not been set for this matter yet and so I cannot advise at this time if there will be any additional information needed from you, but if you have any questions once we mail, please feel free to reach out to me for clarification)."
Not that I know of. Yahoo is very effective in screening comments about Obozo, but this goes on forever. A pay service ? They do need the revenue. :-)
Although I have misterpositive on ignore, he has become a board tradition. It is amazing how Yahoo screens phrases and words, but ignores him??
SWHC still shows AMAZING support. Everytime the price trends lower, buyers come in. I have seen some VERY LARGE ads for S&W products at retailers. I think they are doing exactly as they stated, going for market share. I expect this next quarter to be VERY strong (think $20 for SWHC).......and we never know about the army contract which would be a quick $5 jump at a minimum.
@smith - agreed. Although I am comfortable with both types of pistols, the only choice for self defense is a revolver.
As a twenty year railroad detective told me. "With a revolver you pull the trigger, it goes off. With auto's many things can go wrong. Was it chambered? Is the safety off? Is the clip all the way in?" "It may be dark and you may be half asleep."
I also prefer a hammerless. Its so simple just a couple of lessens and my wife was very at ease.
1 - I would say yes, you should have recieved .14 if you held until trading stopped. However as someone else just indicated some brokerages, as custodians, did not send in required paperwork. Contact a specialist at your brokerage.
2 - If you did not personally fill out paperwork.....your toast. From what I read the December deadline was extended, but it is now over period as all funds were dispersed. Again, with Schwab, I got the paperwork far in advance. They appear to be good in this area.
@brazil_83 - Thanks for the post. Actually I know NOTHING on the SEC. I have tried for about 4 to 5 weeks, calling almost daily. The number I had is now "not in use". Once they returned my call when I was out.
However I have read some posts that seem to indicate that the SEC may just keep remaining funds.
IF anyone has a number, or e-mail contact, or concrete recent info, it would be appreciated.
ALSO, there have been comments that there may be some funds that come from former officers.... Anyone have info on that?
