Seriously ... do you work for MACK's investor relations department ?

The XBI has crashed 25% over the last twelve months, yet MACK has still has managed to underperform it by 9% thanks to the moron sitting in the CEO's office !! And that is with a MAJOR fda approval during that time frame. Back to IPO price thanks to Mulroy. Enough said.

BODs need to get their heads out of their behinds and sell or partner this company's very valuable assets before Mulroy screws up things any further.

    Sales of Onivyde

Why would anyone expect good/decent sales number for the 4th quarter with all the initial hurdles of launching a new drug; payers, etc., etc. ?

I expect sales to be decent in first half of 2016 and better with continued sales growth going forward.

I would imagine that they are in a quiet period until the earnings call and are prohibited from buying at this time. However I am not saying that automatically means they will start buying after the call.

For new posters who may not know, this idiot is chinaman ... they are one in the same. Well established truth, not even worth arguing. He acts like this when he skips his lithium. The psycho literally posts about 6000 times a year.

I am beyond disgusted with the stock price, which is due in equal parts to Mulroy's complete incompetence and the biotech crash. I completely admit I was wrong to place so much faith in Mulroy and I never imagined the stock would see these prices again after 398 approval ( Onivyde ).

I am however still very bullish on MACK based on Onivyde and their pipeline, but it will take longer to pay off than expected thanks to Mulroy's actions ( and inactions ) in 2015.

Maybe ( hopefully? / doubtful? ) Mulroy will learn from his many past screw ups and partner one of the other exciting drugs in their pipeline ? Good luck longs.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Didn't I read where you said Advaxis, when it was at $30/share, was going to $50 ?
How is that working out for you ?
Oh I forgot, you must have sold that also at the high. Lol

  • dr.cash_money dr.cash_money Jan 21, 2016 1:02 PM Flag

I can sum up your post in one word; gibberish.

I know what went wrong. Mulroy was incompetent and couldn't have handled things more poorly.

But even with Mulroy, Merrimack is still tremendously undervalued.
    Good luck to all longs.

12k profit ? Lol. More like $00.12 profit.
Funny in yesterdays' posts you said only that were thinking about getting back in ??
I never saw a post that said you actually bought ??
Now a day later, after a strong bounce, you state you made 12k.
China you are a genius. Not.

I agree eastcoastcash, it does not add up and I would be lying if I said I saw this coming. I've held off buying more until today thinking these levels are absurd.

If you have been reading my previous posts for the last four months, I've been screaming for Bob to get a deal done. Which he obviously did not. You also read that I believe he is an arrogant, pompous *** for not taking a lesser deal so as to alleviate market concerns and to insure the rest of the pipeline.

Further his op-ed was one of the dumbest editorials I've read in quite some time. Biotech investing is high risk/high reward. And for him to take (or try to take) the possibility of being acquired off the table made no sense.

Obviously the stock is a tremendously undervalued steal at these levels unless there are negatives which we don't know about. But something this negative to drop the stock like this I assume would have had to be released immediately.

Only other thing I can think of is Sanofi is dumping the rest of their stock and we start to rise once their selling pressure eases ?

Sorry I don't have more to offer. This has been beyond terrible and I blame Mulroy. Tomorrow's presentation should be interesting to say the least.

  • Nice job Bob. You are a joke. I can't help but laugh when thinking about the BXLT boys reading your op-ed at the same time they were making plans to be acquired.

You should be fired asap. Board should be sued. BUT .... I've been holding off on buying more but at these levels, I couldn't help myself. Pretty soon someone is going to have to look at taking a major interest in MACK at these absurd levels. Despite the incompetence in leadership.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Couldn't have said it better. I have been very bullish on MACK, but for the last sixth months I have been been screaming for Bob to get a deal done and that if he does not, he needs to go.

And the CNBC op-ed just proved how out of touch/arrogant Bob truly is .... what a shame.

What a Fiasco Mulroy Has Created !!

    by dr.cash_money Dec 21, 2015 1:12 PM
    dr.cash_money dr.cash_money Dec 22, 2015 8:15 PM Flag

I believe they could have easily sold the company for $20 (which is a huge premium to where we sit now). Analysts were basing their $16 price target a year ago based on 398 alone and the biotech sector was very hot.

Question for you ? Do you think Mulroy was lying when he continuously said how robust the 121 talks were, how many parties were at the table, etc., etc. ? Do you not think one of those companies would have gladly acquired all of 121 and the rest of of Merrimack's pipeline including Onivyde ??

If you still think Mulroy as the CEO is the answer, you also have been drinking the cool aid.
    Have a good evening.

What is Bob going to screw up next ?
    Wake up BOD !!
Mulroy did not want to be acquired at a huge premium but his hand picked partner, Baxalta is going to be gobbled up by Shire. Priceless.
And now more debt (better than stock dilution) because Mulroy wanted to retain too much ownership of 121.
This joke of a CEO has to go.

    Well said.

  • I might have to start prescribing for myself !!

I believe the Board could sell this company in a fire sale, nano second for $20 a share. A year ago I would have strongly objected to such a price but no longer. Better to sell these incredible assets at a discount than let BM further screw things up.

We really need some large activist investors to take an interest in Merrimack. Only way I see us getting rid of Mulroy, a CEO who cares more about his liberal, social agenda than he does about shareholders. Mulroy's op-ed told me all I needed to know about him and not delivering a deal and starting the 121 breast cancer trials in 2015 as he so often alluded to for the past 18 months, is his final nail in his coffin in my mind.

The BOD really needs to wake up and take Bob's toy (MACK) away from him and sell this company before it is too late.

Big, I think the data is fine. I believe the problem is Mulroy sitting at the negotiations table. He could have and should have accepted what in his mind might have been a "lesser" deal MONTHS ago. By doing so he would have insured the rest of the pipeline and probably would have added about $800 million in market cap compared to where we sit now.

Just the opposite, I used to be in denial about Mulroy and the BOD. Now I realize they are just plain bad.

How do you explain that over the last 12 months the biotech S&P Biotech ETF (the one MACK is a part of ) the XBI is up 10% and MACK down 27% ??
Thus underperforming the index by a whopping 37% !!

I also am still bullish on MACK. I just am sick and tired of seeing Mulroy destroy shareholder value.
