    sno,
You have many valid points and have done your D.D. PPC would sell some assets but that is not a huge deal. I am just happy to see people on this board and have them know what they are talking about. I have followed SEB for about 10 years and it may finally be getting a following. Still has very low volume but better than years past. If SEB does not get bought it, it is still a good investment and with oil prices low I would invest with a pull back off of this great run. Just wish l followed this more closely. then I am sure I would have bought months ago. Thanks for the info.

    Sentiment: Buy

I have followed SEB on and off for years and yes PPC might be looking to buy SEB and it would be a good investment but I think SEB is too diversified for the likings of PPC. PPC would have to sell off many of SEB assets. PPC does not want to generate electricity in Boca Chica.
A much better option for PPC is IBA. A stock I do own for full disclosure.

    Sentiment: Buy
