Timing is for traders and your post was mindless. If you are truly long you should not worry about Iran effecting Uranium pricing in any way. Your focus should be utility companies. They've been holding off purchasing and with India stepping into the market, there should be concerned about another player entering the fray.
Not true. TCS money making quarter is back to school. It's the quarter they earn. Management guided at $0.31 to $0.35. I'm more interested in their SSS.
You set your sights way too low. There is not reason Alcoa's PE shouldn't be at least that of the S&Ps.
I admit it I bought the hell out of it today. One of the few stock I'm holding anticipating a market correction.
You ask for anyone with fact. Meanwhile you throw out there a BS narrative based on no facts. You don't know Iran will be required to give up their Uranium. Even if they did, what makes you think their Uranium would be sold. I highly doubt Iran would agree to the UN selling their Uranium. Nice try. How many shares are you short?
He tells a great story, but I really despise the carnie. I just don't trust him when he pumps Alcoa. I wish he just kept his mouth shut. Let any other commentator point the way, just not Cramer he isn't credible.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Others are right. You are one of the dumbest posters I've seen on these boards. For 20 years I've posted on Yahoo so I have some experience in judging bashers and paid destroyers of boards. It would be just if you had lost a bundle today for all the abuse you dished out over several months. Unfortunately I doubt you have a dime short and merely collect your pittance payment per post. "Crashing" down to $15.50 is not crashing bozo. That would be called profit taking and I would welcome that with purchased of several block.
Very happy the deal went through. I'm disappointed (greedy) they only got $39.50 when the deal is over 5 years. That was too big of a bargain, considering future prices are much high 1,2,3,4 & 5 years out. Also, I was hoping for a deal closer to the rumored $1.2 billion over 10 years. Got to hope they will enter into a new deal down the road. GLTA

A Judge placed an injunction on restarts of plants 3 & 4. Seen Judges do this all the time. I wouldn't be surprised if it were a local judge bowing to local pressure. Governmental watchdog set up said it was safe. I doubt a Judge has the power to override the government. I also doubt the Judge know more about safety than the anti-nuke experts who tirelessly reviewed and delayed the restarts for so long. The injunction will likely be overturned. Kind of expected this to happen in the 24th hour.
Same here. I trade 3-4 stocks or ETFs at a time. I also have long positions with a low turnover. Alcoa is new, except I bought it at $11 and sold under its high last year. It's worth more than its high, but it will take some time to get there.
Excuse me its a she. Ms. Tanners :Another industry-wide risk identified in the research note is the risk of substitution as the aerospace industry can move to composites for airframe construction and the automotive industry may shift to steel rather than aluminum.
Yes Ms. Tanners there is always a risk to anything. There is a much greater risk that all autos will use aluminum and aerospace demand may far exceed the 10% sited growth rate.
