They'll start up. One of them in Aug and a second in Nov. Then more next year. Another few months and Uranium will be over $40 and then people will wake up. I've been buying Cameco while its been quite and cheap.
What's the problem? The next $2 is a given. I've got a feeling the dollar is headed lower and commodities are close to bottoming. Uranium already bottomed. I started to nipple on commodity disconnects, besides Cameco, which has been a disconnect since oil headed lower.
That's true. I say it again, it's a very dangerous game to not meet their reserve requirements.
This is true but governments like china operate like a business, while they are mandated to reduce co2. The demand will be unlike anything we've seen before. China will needs will become evident soon enough.
Demand exceeds production. It's the secondary supply. The good news is that the secondary is dwindling while demand is projected to increase substantially.
Simple but true. The report today wasn't good or bad on the numbers. Not being bad is good. It's worth your $17 based on potential. Down below $14 it sure makes sense to me. Uranium prices will head higher. Downside is limited for several reasons. Too many mines were shut down. Too many reactors coming online over the next 10 years. Utilities are not reserved per historical standards.
Utilities know uranium is going to explode in a few years. They've been gambling and getting away with small purchases. With Japan restarting within 2 weeks and India committed to purchase a 10 year supply, uranium probably wont hold the 30s. More like 40s in a month or two. Uranium prices have proven to be volatile. I think its a very dangerous game to not meet reserve requirements. I truly hope the utilities pay the price. Their greed and total lack of prudence more than deserves it.
The roads are open again and shipping is back to normal. Projected were for the fires to burn through the fall. Concerns of continued disruptions are no longer. The wildfires caused an unwarranted 10% drop in stock price. That should correct now.
It's hard to believe that not too long ago I was happy when I purchased at $14.20. Adding today is a lot better than the price I started at.
