This is in reference to a new billing code that the billing people need to utilize which takes effect July 1st... tomorrow. This was in a newsletter called MLN Matters sent out by HHS. Sounds bullish to me... a larger net is cast... more fish...

It's quite common to find even your own posts DELETED by yahoo, as they are PART of the manipulation. When MONEY is involved, criminality will stop at NOTHING to meet its objectives... I have posted numerous times on Yahoo, often in response to some of the obvious Yahoo paid posters who constantly post ad nauseum (no sane, normal person posts as much as these clowns, so its obvious there is an agenda), and have seen many of my posts deleted, but yet, their complete nonsense dribble remains.

The market is about perception and confidence, and while the music is playing, the market continues to ramp up on VERY LITTLE VOLUME. Until they cant deliver at the Comex, and all the music stops, and everyone rushes for the exits.

  • FACT. Some of my posts have been deleted. One from YESTERDAY that SKINFLUTEGREG had even posted on... GONE.

This is a 100% manipulated MSG board... not just the opinions, the ACTUAL displaying by YAHOO of some posts, and the DELETION of others.

YAHOO is 100% PAID to manipulate these MESSAGE BOARDS. FACT.

...just to find out they sold in the 2nd qtr hoping for a short squeeze. You think they will stay long this position? I THINK NOT. If these firms are really concerned about risk management... this is HUGE RISK (unless one has insider information and connections). I often here the chant how Ackman placed the 1B bet and risking his shareholders capital, but yet, looks at these firms going long and this company itself, they are all pouring money in HOPING for a short squeeze, but really not look at long term investment.

This is not as much of an investment market anymore. These firms play it like its a casino. They are as shady as Herbalife's DREAM they sell. If they were so on the up and up, WHY DONT THEY ADVERTISE? WHY DON'T THEY PROTECT THE DISTRIBUTORS (ever notice how these distributors are clumped together in low income together, more and more mice fighting for the same cheese)? What BUSINESS doesn't protect its distributors?

what is HLF hiding that made them check

Quick to point fingers... how do we know this ins't some made up story by HLF mgmt... if this were even close to true, we would have heard about a criminal investigation already... this is just HLF trying to deflect some of the heat... this is a page from the presstitutes book... you know, the same clowns that work for FOX, the Cartoon News Network (CNN), and all the rest.... MEDIA IS BOUGHT AND PAID FOR IN THIS COUNTRY.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • ...its bad enough the company not only burned all their cash, but they also took out a loan to buy back shares! For one reason, short term price movement. That's a rather stupid move for a company under investigation. If this company had any legs, and if mgmt believed in the company, you wouldnt trash your cash to prop up a share price that is ultimately about to plummet. If mgmt believed in said company, those options wouldnt have been exercised, why not wait until your done buying up some of the float, ultimately raising the share price? that would be the implied logic of a buyback, to squeeze the shorts... y'all keep spewing it... but this whole thing looks like a desperate last ditch effort to keep the pyramid from collapsing. Look at all the recent drops in price, those are big hands moving OUT of the stock. If this were such a deal, this thing would be moving drastically north, not the opposite way. everyone is desperately searching for yield, and many eyes are on this company, and no ones moving in LONG, they are moving in SHORT. Short POS is getting larger, not smaller. How does it look to FBI, DOJ, FDA, etc. that the company is simply positioning itself to spite one hedge fund, rather than to continue to grow the company logically. The fact that the do a share buyback and the CEO dumps all his stock looks suspicious enough. That looks like inside trading in and of itself.

  • With the FBI and DOJ sticking their nose around, one little fart, and everyone will be abandoning this ship in a second. That $2B debt is looking pretty large if your credibility gets questioned... this whole company resides on credibility. If they have such great products, why no advertising???? WHY WOULD YOU NOT PROMOTE YOUR PRODUCTS????

This company smells like a sophisticated scam, the key people involved seem to act through a guilty filter as though its a scam, and it shows! Theyre so busy defending themselves, instead of simply saying in a convincing way, "listen, we're not a pyramid scheme. This company is important to me, and everyone involved, and we believe in Herbalife. We built this company because we believe in our products." But theyre body language and defensively "convincing" position is not too convincing at all. Would you believe a word from this Desmond Walsh character? I wouldn't give this guy 3 minutes. He's more fake than his hair color and plugs.

I also am short with a small put position because I don't believe anything about HLF, and I feel bad for any suckers that even got involved. Show me a well educated individual, and I guarantee, Herbalstrifeis his last option to a future! Only the disadvantaged would get involved with this outfit. Go watch some DES WALSH on youtube, tell me what kind of feeling he gives you. He gives me the freaking creeps. I hate to prejudge anyone, but, I am okay with it if it keeps me safe from what I have seen in this world. He seems like the kind of person that would be working at a bookstore or a coffee shop.
