    Hey Drod!

What do you want me to say? This is absolute pure speculation and a bit of fantasy. I know nothing about BARDA or how they do business....but I WILL ask YOU a serious question:
Would you ever do business with, or put faith into, or commit money on an order with a company that is a mess and currently in BK?? Even IF they emerge out of BK, the leadership is the same. The guys running the company are a bunk of crooks and losers. If you don't think the mess and debacle with PIP damaged the reputation of SIGA, you're way to vested emotionally. Look at Rose. Every time he puts out some nonsensical PR statement, he says how SIGA is "committed to delivering the drug" according to the BARDA contract. Why do you think he states that? For PIP? For the investors of SIGA, for which he is practically no longer one? He knows darn well they blew it with BARDA. They were the golden child and they let their stupidity and egos get in the way of a very lucrative, profitable, and successful company. If you think BARDA hates CMRX, what do you think their impression is of SIGA? I said it a LONG, LONG time ago and all I got was grief....Rose should have been removed from his role as CEO of the company. He had no experience and no business being the CEO. Maybe he is a genius with drugs and development, but a real loser as a CEO. I've hardly seen any worse. He made LITERALLY all the wrong moves from the standpoint of shareholders....which was his primary responsibility, I might add. A real breach of fiduciary duties, in my opinion. I will beat this horse to death until he is gone, and then celebrate his departure. He has absolutely damaged this company beyond repair, in my opinion. STOP blaming RP. He doesn't run this company on a daily basis.

    Monkeypox outbreak in Central Africa

I think your'e missing my point tween....does this company have ANY drugs anymore? We wouldn't know, considering they no longer update the investors on anything. We've heard for YEARS, OVER AND OVER again about the dangers of smallpox, biological threats, BIG customers overseas, outbreaks, blah, blah, blah, but nothing ever materializes and, even if it DOES, is SIGA even prepared and in a position to produce anything?? You want facts? OK, this company just lost a MAJOR lawsuit, basically wiping out everything, because of arrogance and ignorance. They have no money to invest. Their CEO is a total buffoon. The SVP of legal LEFT the company. The investors are in the dark on what's going on. Oh, and the company is in BANKRUPTCY! So, posting nonsense about an outbreak of a pox virus in a country that has probably NO money to spend on drugs to fight it is basically a waste of time and utter nonsense. This company gave it to the investors in the backside. THAT'S A FACT. Yet this schmuck keeps posting about stuff that was once relevant to SIGA the company, but no longer is, and everyone jumps to give thumbs up. I find it fascinating that the people here are still holding on to hope and the romantic fairy tale and hope that some day things will just be alright! The management team of this company BLEW IT. BIG TIME. Yet, they're still receiving absurd salaries and even BONUSES! How is that not something that makes everyone irate?? Instead of researching articles about pox outbreaks, nicehedges should be researching if it is legal for execs to still receive bonuses when their company is in BK and they've basically wiped out their investors. Until Rose is gone, I will continue this rant because it needs to be said and heard, over and over.

Exactly . Why these people focus on accusing others of multiple IDs, instead of the real issue, is baffling. They must have done way too much acid back in the day. Very paranoid and unfounded. What would be the purpose of multiple IDS anyway? We're already anonymous, what are we hiding from!?!?

Merry Christmas everyone, eric rose is enjoying time with his family probably in a mountain cabin that he bought with all of our money. What a sleezebag. He never believed in the company that was paying him $1M a year. Look at his buy and sell history. It shows a disgusting story.

Does he understand this company is in bankruptcy and just lost a MAJOR lawsuit, and has a CEO that is a total moron? Man, you really are pathetic. You're like one of those guys whose girlfriend is cheating on him with another guy, blatantly, and you still want to make it work out. Have some pride man, it's so sad.

You guys REALLY have to....and I mean REALLY HAVE TO get over the paranoia of a underground illegal shorting scheme. You sound like lunatics over a stock valued at 1.60.

  • drod4ball by drod4ball Dec 15, 2015 7:37 PM Flag

Looking at the BK docs, it looks like good old Dan Luckshire still has a job with SIGA. Why would you want to continue to work for such a pathetic, failed company? These guy must be really giving themselves some nice kick backs, salaries, and bonuses. The funny thing is, under a BK order, that could be restricted.

  • drod4ball drod4ball Dec 7, 2015 12:35 PM Flag

That's exciting and wonderful news! There is yet another serious and potential devastating threat of a biological attack! Perhaps the EU should contact PIP to see what they should do because, contacting the SIGA offices will just go straight to voicemail. It would have been nice if this company ever had a REAL CEO that knew what the heck he was doing so this amazingly promising product and company could have had a fighting chance. Yet, you keep living in a dream world made up of romantic endings and fanatical outcomes, while reality crumbles around you. Guess what? here is no magical happy ending. Help is NOT on the way. When will you face it? The share price has gone from the TEENS to 50 friggin cents!

That wasn't even a reply that makes sense. You've accused me of being a short and I'd bet you every single thing we both have that it isn't true, but your crazy mind insists that anyone who speaks negatively about PIP or it's lawsuit prospect has to be a sly, sleezy, tricky, underground short trying to pry your $1.60 shares from you hands on a company with a MC sub 100M! That's absolutely ridiculous. If people were going to make money shorting and start a scam campaign, they'd pick a stock with a lot more room before ZERO!

  • drod4ball drod4ball Dec 7, 2015 1:51 PM Flag

AAAAAAAnd, THREE thumbs down in no time! Either the people on this board are complete buffoons and still support Eric Rose, or the majority of the people on this site are related to him!

Key Portions of the Bankruptcy Plan

TOTALLY sour. You got me. You read the whole plan, huh? Something tells me your FOS, as it was 158 pages or so. You mean you skimmed over the definitions and picked thru a few things you wanted to read? And, what exactly substantive are you adding? That you read it?? And, what alternatives can I offer? I can offer that you should probably live on mars because you're not really making sense.

Tween, Rose could have handled this long ago before the shareholders got shafted. Their egos got in the way . The first decision was actually better for the company and they appealed and made it worse! Have you ever seen something handled so poorly?!?

  • The folks at siga. Think about it, they changed the original ruling on appeal making it WORSE for siga, took their time on a decision both times to allow crazy interest to accrue, and then dropped the final shoe pretty much xmas eve. Someone really has to dislike you strongly for that. Arrogant fools.

The average trader will also look at the history of PIP and see that they've done NOTHING EVER, and have NEVER brought a product to market and realize that this "lump sum" is just that, some money they will burn thru and still never be a viable and profitable company. There's likely the issue. You're reading in WAAAAY to deep to today's action. Clearly the market still does not see value in PIP.

I know you're being sarcastic, but the Perleman/MAFCO arguments and points have run their course. This was a company, separate and distinct, with it's OWN CFO And CEO, yet they never steered the ship in the right direction. The worst part is the fact that these sleazebags still feel entitled to bonuses! For WHAT?!? Losing a major lawsuit and not making the right decisions? They have not done ANYTHING, as far as the shareholders are aware of, in the last 2-3 years. Rose stopped doing conference calls....and, despite what the SIGAite fools wanted to believe....that it was about keeping stuff secret, you could tell he NEVER wanted to do them anyway. It was a clean excuse to stop. Have they had ONE shareholder update or conference call since the last decision, to update everyone on the status going forward? These guys have absolutely and unquestionably breached their fiduciary duty to the shareholders. They destroyed equity and continued to act in their OWN best interest. I have no clue how they got away with that and have not been sued. It's absolutely disturbing that somehow they hypnotized the shareholders into believing that they're doing things in their best interest. This company and the management have been a joke since day 1. The biggest problem is having scientist RUN a business. They're SCIENTIST! Not business people. It's just sickening.
