I could be wrong but I don't think Great Britain witholds taxes on dividends. That's why the two classes of Royal Dutch which have the same dividend, trade at different prices. The B shares which trade in London, have a higher price than the A shares which trade on the Dutch exchange.
Because gold is over $1,500 and they're making money and paying a nice nice dividend BIGMOUTH. And the stocks held up despite useless Goldman's call.
There's more insider buying but I don't know what's going to wake this dog. I sold it, against my instincts, because I lost patience. Maybe that pending asset sale will goose it assuming they get a good price.
