Fuel is exhibiting the same behavioral characteristics in trading as it has for the last several days. It opens flat to down and then gains momentum as the day progresses. This stock will work very steadily back to the recent pricing of $61 before blowing through that and returning a nice profit to the secondary shareholders. The next stop after reaching $61 will be working toward the recent analyst targets of $69 and $70.

  • FUEL appears set to take off. The lowest target is $55 the mean is $65.75 and the high is $75. Goldman just put a $69 price target on them the other day. Piper and Credit Suisse just put a $70 price target on them as well. The company expanded the float with a secondary offering priced at $61. They just reported a strong quarter beating on both the top and bottom line with strong growth expected in 2014. This is a very hot area within technology and it will continue to be for the foreseeable future.

Great earnings beat after pre announcing a revenue beat at the time of the secondary offering. Price targets have gone up to $69 and $70 as it appears this company is firing on all cylinders. Secondary was priced at $61/share. The stock is trading over $6 below that pricing which makes it an even better buy now especially after reporting fantastic numbers last week. This one will take off very quickly especially with such a small float still.

  • Now that Oracle has digested their entrance into the Telco space with their completed mergers of Acme Packet and Tekelec, it may very well be time to round out their complete offering by finally acquiring BSFT. Acme Packet and BSFT had a tight relationship prior to their acquisition by Oracle so it makes sense that this kind of combination would be beneficial. Either way BSFT is setting up for a monster 2014 and they have already begun the year with positive news with Sprint.
