Up front, I want to be clear that I have confidence in this Company's technology, and to a lesser degree, it's leadership. I'm not ready to commit suicide but I am ready to resign as the NVIV unofficial cheerleader. The job is just too damn hard. I suspect that most people on this board share the same concerns. It is difficult for me to believe a suitable candidate for the first trial has not been found-----unless they aren't looking. Last week, I wrote the Company an e-mail, asking if the trial had been delayed (among other things) and if so, when did they expect to be back on schedule. No response. Maybe we should write en mass.

dog: I made the age error in an earlier post. Someone was kind enough to correct me and I promptly fessed up to my transgression.

    China Connection

Sorry voisy-----you are correct. I failed to properly express myself I intended to suggest that I was hopeful that our guy would make a number of connections for the sale and distribution of our produce.. It is understood that the scaffold isn't going to be sold to anyone without it being approved by the FDA. I have full faith and confidence that it WILL be approved. When it is, China or Japan would be a great partner to have in that part of the world.

While our guy is in China, hope he lines up a partner for the sale and distribution of our scaffold.

Thanks for the correction Imam. I'll take your word because I'm to lazy to look for myself. Besides, I have a really big hangover. With respect to the $2.1 million-------that should quite the critics who say the leadership of this Co can't do anything well. They can spend money with the best of them.(:))

One could call this pure speculation, or a fully filled crock of #$%$, it matters not to me. I call it an educated guess, based on my past experience with Geron Corp, I believe we are coming to the end of the third week (correct me if I'm wrong) that we have been open for business on the scaffold implant. I'm going to predict here and now that by this time next week, we will have completed the FIRST EVER human scaffold implant. As the self-appointed cheerleader for this magnificent stock, please go into the weekend feeling GREAT about your investment. Keep your head up and your eyes on the ball. Have a great weekend!!!! I am, even if I have to get totally f%$@$d up to do it. Thanks for listening.

Yea Buck, I am a poet of renown but I dare not enter my favorite poem. As you can see by the down thumbs, this board is loaded with pinhead liberals full of PC and other stuff.

As pointed out by cmcfar99, the age is between 18-55. Can't read my own notes. Sorry.

  • duckbillthrill by duckbillthrill Jun 11, 2014 2:16 PM Flag

This board is all over the place. So, I may as well join in. First, a few facts. (1) We have two trial sites up, running and recruiting. One is in AZ and one in NC. Three more sites are yet to be named. (2) A total of five patients will be treated in a safety study of NVIV's Poly-L-Lysine Scaffold. (3) Patients must meet specific criteria. Some requirements are age and type injury. Patients must be between 18 and 25 years old and have an ASIA A traumatic spinal cord injury (T3-T11), non-penetrating contusion injury no less than 4mm in diameter and limited to 2 contiguous vertebra levels. This narrows thing downward considerably. All the wishful thinking and speculation is not going to change this criteria. It is understood that many of us are disillusioned (sp) with the lowball secondary. Even so, running the Co and it's leadership down is not going to change a damn thing. The Co had to have funds and the leadership acted in the best interest of the Co which in the short term, may not always appear to be in the best interest of the shareholders. Some members of this board have gone nuts. One day they are praising the Co and the next day they are calling for a class action.
Not criticizing----I have a split personality myself. I hate cats but I love p#&&y. We are CLOSE. I'm talking days, not weeks or months. Try to hang on a bit longer without #$%$ and moaning so much.

Case for large buying seems clear

Thanks Fish. Yea, I saw that. I bought CUR around $2. Ditto NBS. Couple of my better decisions. Like you, I love the Biotech sector, but haven't been in as long as you. I've had my up and downs also. My greatest downer would probably be GERN. Any experienced investor knows full well, one should not fall in love with a stock. I did with GERN and she left home with my wallet. #$%$!!. Did I learn anything? Guess not. I've turned right-around and fell for this lady NVIV. If she f---s me, I'm not even going to complain. She did it to me with my eyes wide open. Such is life. (:))

cyn: Let me say this about that------if we don't have positive news from the first trial, I'm in heap big trouble. I have been adding on dips until I have reached my limit and beyond. The only way I can afford more shares is if they pay me to take them. For the records, I pretty much agree with your comments.

Thanks envy. After a constant drumbeat of doom and gloom, it is refreshing to be reminded of why we are here and LONG. We are getting into the short rows. Soon we should have a stream of good PR. Let the good times roll.

envy: The young man in the Phase I Geron stem cell trial, was a Univ of So. Alabama student, T.J.
Atkinson (sp), victim of a car accident. Although Geron called an end to their stem cell program while this Phase I trial was on going, they did continue the trial to completion. It's important to note that stem cells (in that trial) were proven safe. When NVIV reaches the point of seeding the scaffold with cells, we should feel pretty good about the probable safety outcome.

EXACTLY Mr. Mike. Unless I'm mistaken, to become listed on NASDAQ, costs a bundle. In addition, the stock must have a pps over $2 for a specified period. None of these things are likely to happen before completion of the operation.
This is just my opinion, not a statement of fact.

Me sorry tonto. I'm going to get many thumbs down for that one, from the PC crowd (:)). Should have said, notification that second site is operational and read to rock when requested to do so. It could be this has already been reported and I missed it. Wouldn't be the first time. Point being, any small piece of news this coming week would be well received by this ole tired and long suffering investor.

As Will Rogers said about President Calvin Coolage (in part)----"He don't say much but when he does, he don't say much". Personally, I don't care who says it, just wish someone would say it. Anything!!! It's nothing more than a hunch, but I believe we have a very good change for some type of good news, this coming week. Even nothing more than the selection of the second site.

Well "they" finally sucked all our gains back into their black hole. I'll be so happy when we reach the point they can't rape our poor little ole stock at will. Our day is coming and it won't be long. m fers.

Come on bama!! How many times have we seen this? It called a run up and dump. Hope I'm wrong. They who ever they are, will keep doing this as long as they can, but they are running out of rope and time. In a few weeks, it will be out of their control.
