My year end statement is showing alot of return of captial vs a qualified dividend and there model does not depend on the price of oil itself...I also think they have contracts with Petrobras and they have not cancelled any contracts with them as they did with Diamond Offshore for drilling since they offer a different type of sevice.....Raymond James must see something else in the scheme of things that we do not....I will call my friend at Raymond James to see if he can contact the analyst to get a clarification.....I will post when I find out.....I have been a long term holder in this investment for some years and sold some when it got up into the high 30s....I purchase more around 22 to replace what I sold....I still believe in this company .....

I picked up more at $25.90 which is at their 200 day moving average....I hope there is a bounce from here....all the reits got hit...even those paying out 5% to 5-1/2% like HCP and WPC.....and others paying out in the 3% range like VTR and HCN were targeted the same....I think the hedge funds or other funds just automatically took a broad sweep and took their profits hoping to get back in at a lower price later....I would also look at the closed end funds that hold reits like RQI for a bigger bounce when they stabilize....

Fear of interest rates going up shortly and people taking profits since it has had a nice run after the reverse split....others feel that the price is high considering the return in dividend and are looking for a higher yield elsewhere....I sold a portion myself when in ran up towards 30 and looking to get back in again since I think this is a well run reit......This pull back is not unusual....just shakilng out weak hands....very good long term hold...JMHO

Raymond James posted an "outperform" rating on TOO on February 23 indicating stable cash flow, multiple growth projects to continue distribution growth, a supportive parent, and 12-18 month target rate of $24.....they also project a distribution growth to $2.26 for 2015....Personally I felt that oil would bottom around the $47 level and we overshot that to $43....I believe we are bottoming now....any thoughts out there?....
