I remember when Home Depot sold this unit to private investers..imothe board should of done a spinoff (tax free) to the share holders , like MERCK did when the spunoff off MEDCO. The shareholders including myself did not benefit at all from that. I woudn't buy this IPO even for half the price if it was offered to me, just for that reason....yes i disclose i am still a home depot shareholder..
IMO for the shareholders I feel the board should split the stock...IBM seems to not able to break over $219 for the longest time. We are going back down to $205-that it appears. This up and down slide has been for several times this year.. As a benefit to the shareholders ..split the stock...IBM will be more affordable for the smaller investor to own a share or two..IT has strength to go back up from there.
Every stock has a period where it it is not attractive, .maybe this time is different, just maybe this time ROX is looked at differently, and your window is closing or closed.to buy at these low levels.. i said maybe.
i have been watching this stock since it was trading over $7.00 a share. It's been a long time since
we seen a catlyst for this stock. I strongly feel that the BOD, top executives of this company should
show the shareholders that the stock has the potential to go back to it's old highs and so forth.
We need a press release...the product line is awesome. I own a couple of shares, and would
consider buying more . We need more institutions and fund managers to invest in Castle Brands..IT would be nice
to see this stock at least over a $dollar again...wow the instutions and fund managers would have a ton of money
worth of Catle Brands... think about it....Cheers!
I thought GCI has over $1.5 Billion in property & equip,. that alone would make this stock a lot higher..imo like $30 a share?
not counting their 2 bilion in cash . SHLD has over 6 billion...HD imo is like a Vorado REIT in disguise?
Sears has over 6 billion in property ...while Home depot has over 24 billion..
You always here about Sears Holding spinning of a REIT Stock to its shareholders...Home Depot in my opinion isright there also...4x times more REAL ESTATE
