I thought Tranzbyte already had rfid technology. Tanzbyte being the old technology company that transformed into AG. They were saying we already have rfid tech and that will position us to do well in the mj sector. SMH.
You're right that is totally unacceptable. But what is more unacceptable is promising distributing thousands of the machines before the new year. Also, treasonous, saying we are doubling revenues every month and then they report the quarterly's(late of course) and the revenues are 1/4 of a million bucks. Stephen Shearin was short with me at the Avon, Zazzz unveiling. I thought it was troubling. The CEO needs to take time with each shareholder. And couldn't agree more, the guy looks like hell. Out of shape, what's with the haircut? Ponytail to a uhhh, I'm not quite sure I want to cut it real short so I'll do this weird Adams family style and then t shirts with blazers? #$%$ is he a stand up comedian with no style sense? Lol. They were doing fine with the last CEO. He's a big man, had a very strong presence, friendly, amicable. Shearin has got to go. The share price is being sabotaged by debentures and the debentures are being used to fund the business when they need to fund the business with strong sales and tight cost controls to pour the free cash flow back into the growth of the company. The Zazzz is gimmicky and has a lot of obstacles to overcome to be successful. It's just a vending machine.
Depends on if they can retire all of those debentures and spike revenues. If they can do those things and keep bringing down the COGS, they have a chance. A reverse split would be in the future to decrease float. At this point they just need to stay quiet and post quarterlies that are improving. And for crying out loud post them ON TIME!! No need for all the fluff press releases and CEO letters to investors, nor the You tube videos. Shearin the knowledge. Come on! CEO needs to stop with the little look at me, I'm a CEO of a company song and dance and execute. Still have no idea why they don't own a dispensary in Colorado and Washington. That is where the acquisitions need to be focused. I should be running this company. Come on Shearin. Lay down the pipe for a minute and get some sales.
