PUMP ..... "Some analysts covers the stock come up with a one-year price target ranging from $2.00 to $2.72 and a mean price target of $2.36 ." Now, that is real analysis, straight from the Yahoo board
Folks, If that agreement contained all of the speculated benefits noted in the recent thread posted on this board the stock price would be much, much higher than $ .12 . There are many people who think they have found that magic "overlooked" stock who are now next to broke.
I know, I'm one of them !!!
Yeah, well they have had more than 10 years now to make something happen ... when might you think that will occur under the current BOD and management team ???
There are a lot of directions they "could" go if this darn Board of Directors and the Management team would get off their behinds and make some meaningful connections ..... as it stands now, it looks to me like they are sitting back and doing nothing more than drawing their salaries.
Well, it is possible .... I believe usual Apple rumor, the momentum players, and people buying back in after booking their losses for 2013 gave lift to the share price last year so history may repeat itself again this time around.
Dear Mr. Steipp,
Please call your 14 employees together for some coffee and doughnuts. While socializing with them ask how things are going. Listen to them !
Once everyone has had their fill ask them to write down what they do all day long and how their efforts contribute to your primary goal .... which is by the way GENERATING REVENUE. Look at what they write, evaluate their input and either encourage them to do their jobs well or fire them if their efforts are not contributing to your primary goal, which is by the way GENERATING REVENUE.
Sir, you need to create a sense of urgency, you do not need to scare your employees or work them to death, you need to help them become productive (i.e. GENERATING REVENUE).
Finally, without revealing any of your company's "confidential" information share your efforts with your superiors (i.e. stockholders) and let them know you get it, that you understand your job is to GENERATE REVENUE.
If you have any energy left after this effort make a few cold calls to prospective customers and see how they are doing. I'd bet they would love hearing from you.
End your day figuring out how you will do something tomorrow in order to achieve your primary goal of GENERATING REVENUE.
Yep, gotta wonder what these people do all day long for their salaries. Communication is so easy and takes so little effort.
Nope, I'm a dope when it comes to this silly company ... I've sold some but bought more on "dips" that now look like highs. I'm upset that an entity of this sort appears to be poorly managed. No published plans, goals, activities or measured outcomes, who runs a company like that ???? The Board appears to be equally useless.
How can people hold the rights to a product of this nature and fail to produce any meaningful revenue ?
More mysterious is why I continue to hold and wait for them to produce. My investment is based purely upon HOPE and is a stupid use of the disposable savings I have on hand.
"The new Board of Directors appreciates the support from the shareholders and understands the desire for updates and news. While the new Board of Directors intends to report on "Results That Matter," please understand that it will take time to rebuild CVBT and currently there is much to be done."
Please, 1) What needs to be done, 2) Who needs to do what, 3) How long will each thing take to do and 4) What are the desired outcomes.
If they are unable to articulate these simple plans they are no better than the other guy.
I don't blame you ... I wonder what the Management Team is doing with their time ?... Seems like only Hauck is making news. It's been real hard holding on to an investment in a company seemingly managed by people who write emails back and forth to each other instead of working with (any) customers to establish sales.
It appears as though they have a marketable product but just can't seem to sell it ... the Board does not look to be any better .... just draw a salary and sell some stock from time to time to enrich themselves.
I don't know about you but I'm in too deep and relying upon hope is real real hard, especially when the only thing a shareholder can do to protest their complacency is to sell our stock at a loss.
I will say that the quality of our connection is now very good. But, I did say on the last conference call that we had 32 parts outstanding, that four of those, at least based on our analysis, were viable. The clarification that I probably should have made last time and then I certainly did make this time is that those parts were all viable. They were prototyped at VPC. They would need to be produced at VPC which requires an ongoing work on our part to make sure that they are qualified with the customer, that they have got the right quality and cost components and obviously cost components involves negotiations with the manufacturers. So those four, while they are certainly viable parts, I am not making any projections as to whether they will actually get through that process in 2015. The aerospace when we did the last quarter, we certainly expect to get more orders for it. But again, I noted those will be prototype quantity orders. The other parts that we are making for the specialty supplier do have some possibility of getting through and we will certainly update shareholders on subsequent calls on how that’s going. Right now the schedule is that mold will be delivered in the fourth quarter. So on our next call we will have some update on that.
