MDXG is at $10.72 now. If you sell it, then you could go have lunch with your profit at an Indian restaurant and treat your friend Suraj too. Make sure to try the greasy, curried potatoes with peas. By the way, most stocks get a pop when they get a listing on a new exchange, but your ANY just keeps falling lower and lower.
Fortunately the potential suitors for this company with the $$$$$ have a much better understanding of the products and their market size than a couple of individuals on this message board masquerading as shareholders.
"Zimmer is at the Vegas show promoting Amniofix at their booth."
how_bout says the company can't be sold until the value of the powderized product has been proven to him, and candy is still waiting on his answer to why a salesman was terminated last year. Stop the presses. Pete needs to clear the sale of this company with these two knuckleheads first.
It would be ironic if some of these mob bosses could benefit from Amniofix for their prostate problems.
The volume was 2.7 million today, and you know that it wasn't all short covering Doc. It is going to take a long, long time to cover the number of shares sold short. I expect another smut filled Seeking Alpha article shortly, but I doubt it will have much effect now. Suraj should be desperate. The shorts are underwater and the only way to dry out is the frying pan now.
Suraj is working for the mafia, and they are behind the hedge fund shorting this stock. The mob doesn't like losing $$$$ Doc. If I was Suraj, I'd be more than desperate. I'd be scared of getting buried alongside a plate of greasy, curried potatoes.
Now Suraj has a problem with Pete's strong political connections? It sounds like he is jealous. Perhaps he needs to start making some large campaign contributions himself. You might surmise that an adjunct professor from East Buttlick University would have his own political connections, but it appears Suraj's only connections are to the hedge fund shorting the stock.
Suraj should limit his worries about sustainability of growth trajectory to his own performance in the bedroom.
".....from the Department of Justice that it has declined AT THIS TIME to intervene in the qui tam action that gave rise to the issuance of a subpoena to MiMedx from the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General ("OIG") a few months ago."
AT THIS TIME AT THIS TIME AT THIS TIME"
At least Suraj will agree with you. That should be worth the 89 cents for a small cup of coffee. Hold that thought awhile and you might get lucky enough to buy another share of ANY with it.
" Earthy is still trying to paint the year end stuff as being positive, rather than say "my bad, I misconstrued it".
Everything Petit said at the end of the year regarding Orgo and the DOJ seemed positive to me. Knowledge is golden even if you can't read between the lines how_bout. The stock will be over $12 shortly, and the events of the past three months will make the company stronger. Petit said it best then when he said it is easier to confront a problem when you know where it is coming from. Some people said this federal investigation could linger for years. Pete had it disposed of in 10 weeks. Watch how fast he cuts through the remaining #$%$ with the FDA now that he knows where his problem is coming from. You are cocky and have a big mouth how_bout, but you aren't very bright. Perhaps you and this candy character can opine together on the Osiris board while the rest of us here go back to making some more money in this stock.
I see ANY is trying to make a recovery today. It is up one penny now. Oops, I spoke too quickly. Somebody must have decided to grab whatever profit they could get.
how_bout didn't understand the comments Pete Petit made at the end of the year either in regards to the DOJ subpeona. He reminds me a bit too much of Suraj, if you call him a smart guy too.
"with your profits from MiMedx, you should buy as much of ANY as you can or ask silverfox for his recommendation. his research capability is best I've ever seen. if you buy ANY, you can thank me later."
You posted this on March 7 and ANY has dropped from $7.50 to $4.50 in less than 2 weeks. I might wait until it gets cut in half again, and buy a few shares for $2.25.
Options expire today and there is a heavy imbalance between the $10 calls and the $10 puts. It wouldn't surprise me if we close right at or around $10 today. Monday is another day, and next week should be pretty good.
"as for you, villa, sure you can express your technical opinion, though nobody here will care, but it's nice you admit you haven't a clue about the fundamentals when you trade"
So now the pot is calling the kettle black?
He is probably lamenting his horrible losses in ANY. It dropped another 5% today. It doesn't matter whether he is playing the long or the short side. His stock picks are equally pathetic.
Did ANY just receive a federal subpoena? I couldn't help but notice that the stock has lost almost half its value since you came on this message board pumping it about a week ago. I believe it has tacked on another 14% loss today alone.
The Needham analyst said the new salesmen would be hired by the end of March rather than the end of the year, and the company has just leased additional space for expansion. It looks like management is on top of the situation and ready to roll.
