  • Just saying many investors smell a Meg Whitman like stench up in here. I bet the Mayans (Dec 22) have an economic plan unlike anything we've seen before. Bring it.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Any questions? Of course not. Too predictable. Nice try on the $50. We laughed and laughed!

All the way to the bank.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • A simple look at tool fencing (and failing) "z50com" and the pages and pages and pages of refurbs, factory seconds, replicas and Chinese cast off junk, shows why it's a total scam having ebay near $50. Ebay is NOT a go to site anymore. This price lecel is not based off the failing ebay market share.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

Very good article thanks. I'm reminded of Ike's famous "Military Industrial Complex" speech. Our nation is living that speech's grim predictions. And thanks for furthering the Intelligent Discourse here by ignoring the idiots who never have a thing worthwhile to say.

  • ebayis.chartis ebayis.chartis Jul 17, 2012 1:07 PM Flag

I don't think anyone believes your "facts" board troll. Plus, you didn't get any part of any stock rise, on any stock, and ebay won't keep this pumped up levcel anyways. Meanewhile, you just keep repeating your board troll jibberish like anyone but your other two stooges care. Everyone can see by your posting history that you're worthless, useless and a daily spamming idiot.

  • Nor is it $40, and it certainly should never have been above $40.

Where are all those liar paid pumpers who said we be at $50 by now?

Why is paid pumper thieving of the long investors legally allowed?

  • ebayis.chartis ebayis.chartis Jul 17, 2012 11:32 AM Flag

    Agreed! To the top!

  • So all stocks lost almost all of 2012 earnings last week but ebay here is rising like a pumped pig and fairly tepid earnings speculation? GS is pumping ebay like there's no tomorrow and in the case of American market reputation, the standing of the US dollar, and joke stocks like ebay and Facebook being taken seriously, there may be no tomorrow. The rich are shoveling the greenbacks while they can but will leave small investors holding the bag. As always.

Is that all it takes in the present casino "markets" in the USA to be seen as 'growth' or an 'investment'? Seriously. Ebay was always a joke of a stock that only benefited ebay insiders selling off unexpensed shares on these pumps. When you see a stock chat board filled with spamming hate and spamming pumping it should be a danger sign but more than their own wealth and benefit, Americans are always way too eager to believe. Even if they believe in frauds. Be warned. What goes up for no reason comes down hard. Very hard.

Your so called stock trading posts reveal themselves as lies because of the way you abusively word it, the way you constantly and publicly suck the tails of the worse hate spammers here, and the way you constantly spam this board with your outdated and useless hate. You are the bloat.

No real investor acts like you do. You obviously are psychotic. No one would ever believe you but I see why you spam here Sullys_Joke, as no one in real life would hang out with such a useless sap as you. You've done this for 10 to 11 years attacking various people? That's what you want to take to the grave for yourself? Really?

  • Ebay stock has become so transparently obvious as a complete scam of the professional pumpers that all one has to do is ride it up for that pumping cash, then with careful timing, grab that shorting cash too. Easy easy easy money with not much fuss.

It's so easy anyone can do it. Why waste money buying pumped stocks at their manipulated highs? Real traders set aside emotion and play both sides of sham stocks like ebay. After you've banked your long cash, and banked your shorting wins, just buy it again and do it all over. Over and over. It's easy easy money. Take the true believer bag holder longs money because they don't deserve it because they stupid and naive. Ebay isn't a stock, it's a joke. An easily predictable joke.

Israel will use nuclear weapons on Iran in 2012

True overall, but people fail to remember that "Iran has, or will soon have, nuclear weapons" is the very same lying canard, the very same media pumped lies from the heavily invested to profit off war people who brought us "Iraq has weapons of mass destruction".

Most regulatory agencies agree they do not just like Iran did not, but that won't stop the demons, nor stop their war. This is simply the end result of predatory capitalism as the demons profit greatly from war and think they'll profit by cleaning it up afterwards.

The issue isn't whether Iran has nukes, or is about to, and what is wrong with them having them, as Israel has them and threatens others with nukes, the US has them and threatens others with nukes, the Soviets, even Pakistan and India, and so on...

Having nukes was probably what kept North Korea from being attacked so the world is learning the wrong lesson from the demon class and their so-called chosen.

This next war, maybe and hopefully the last one, is a direct result of our lying war criminals in the GW Bush administration, and others, not being held accountable for their crimes, atrocities, and self enriching genocide, much like the bankers were given a blank check to squeeze, predatory capitalism style, every last penny they can find. If we as a nation won't stop criminals, we just get more and bigger crimes.

Thanks for posting my headline again loser.

    Prove your allegation loser.

No one but your "Sully" reads you because they clearly see you're a loser.

    Keep trolling loser.

    Adults are making money.

You make useless spam and think "everyone is all one poster".

    Enjoy your circular trap.

  • For those of you who wonder if ebay is a viable stock (it is NOT) and whether its even vaguely related to ebay's customer service, customer satisfaction or even stockholder satisfaction (certainly NOT) and how it goes up more than a dollar one day, then down a dollar the next, one only has to look at the new CEO to see Yahoo will do anything now to pump ebay and paypal, at the investors expense.

Now we see why the boards are filled with criminal idiots pumping and spamming all day and why smaller investors don't even stand a chance in this age of incredible FED liquidity pumping and Goldman Sachs micro trading computers.

See if this post lasts. Bet it doesn't. But there will be plenty of idiot posts all day and night for eternity. This stock is as done as its utterly failed board. Last one to wake up turn out the lights.

Yahoo named Scott Thompson as its new CEO.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- Yahoo named Scott Thompson as its new CEO on Wednesday, choosing an outsider to take over the helm despite shareholders' calls to sell the company.

Prior to accepting the job at the online media giant, Thompson was the president of PayPal, an eBay (EBAY, Fortune 500) subsidiary. He will officially be named CEO of Yahoo on January 9.

Thompson's appointment comes four months after the ouster of former CEO Carol Bartz, who was unceremoniously fired by the company's board via phone in September...

  • Looks like no being in the black for ebay on Black Friday, the mystery is not why ebay is stalled in the $28 range but why it's even managing to cling to $28 when its done nothing but lie to, and gouge, its sellers and long investors. When you have a company built on lies that pays no dividends, plays constant pump and dump games, and only funnels the cash to the top level of management insiders with gifts of unexpensed shares, it's a wonder ebay is even allowed to trade at all and not end up on the delisted pile with a big SEC investigation. Yet little Mom and Pops will again play the futile game of trying to make some Christmas money while competing with giant refurb houses, discount chains and outright fakes. And long investors will pay the price for these ebay games. Ebay's stocking is only full of coal.

I'm still loving my investment strategy.

    So does my bank account.

Ebay is a dirty no good no -account.

    Just the facts.

  • ebayis.chartis ebayis.chartis May 3, 2011 1:00 PM Flag

Yes, I'm loving my strategy regarding ebay stock.

Always do. It works for me.

    Long investing here does not.

  • Time and time and time again. Reminds me of a Cindi Lauper song. My bank account couldn't be happier by my constantly shorting ebay's manipulated highs.

Long story tailor made for the shorts: ebay trashed all its customer goodwill long long ago. It trashed its investor value shortly afterward too.

I can't remember the last time anyone told me they bought something off ebay and were happy about it.

I can't recall the last time someone bragged to me about selling well on ebay. These are signs people.

Ask your neighbors and friends too. You'll see.

To Yahoo in particular: What possible good can come from your hosting the worst sickest angriest most hateful criminal cyber stalkers on your ebay stock board posting pages and pages of hate, spam and threats?

Your TOS rules claim people shouldn't think they're anonymous so how hard do you think it would be for the victims to find these criminals and stop their public hatred cold?

You need to consider the fact there are rules against these crimes. Either use them or suffer the PR hit when it gets stopped in spit of you.

And Ebay Corporate: What possible good do you think all these pages and pages of publicly posted hate and stalking accomplish, particularly as these names are being traced and shoing connections to ebay.

We all see the stock stalling in the $30. When it's not just sinking lower. Ebay stock and Yahoo need delisted by the SEC over this sick board. It would do society a favor.

Stupid Angry Elike. If only you could get a penny for ever one of your hateful angry useless and insane stalker posts.

You, John Osborne and Sybil have taken an already very ugly board and made it even nastier than ever. It's actually fun and ironic to see you get even more of what you dish out. If your intent was to ever do it any good here then you should man up and start with yourself.

I'm sure you'll wail that I'm 'that guy' but I am not. I'm simply one of the early posters on this board who does not post much because of your endless Flyktning Tool Fool Vendetta War. A war you have made worse, not better.

Hope a bullet finds you before any profits do punk.

hey Marketend, thanks for the tip and alert, but I could see this coming from a mile away and was ready. Very very profitable indeed!

I think we're going to see a lot less ebay fluctuation, as in pumps and dumps, and a whole lot less valuation, as in the mid 20s, as Goldman Sachs is investigated and gets whats coming to them for their many endless manipulation crimes.

I await that day with giddy feelings and a ready bank account! It's already a fine day. I expect many more for ebay shorts!
