The CEO was featured on 60 minutes last fall, Celgene bought htheir main drug from him several years ago. That's why they invested more money in the company in him. Celgene will eventually buy the whole company. The CEO of HK is extremely bright, that's why I bought shares today. As price the price retreats I will be buying more shares. You buy mgt not necessarily the assets of a company.
Who set the price of the additional stock offering? Do they really know what they are doing? They really diluted the value of the company and exiciting shareholders.
Shorts are going to get burned before the year is out. They will make a profit this qtr. It takes a while to train sales people in your ways of during business. I am adding more shares on any declines over $.15. This stock has more than likely bottom. Hand on we will make a ton of money by year end.
I agree with you, I own QCOR before it was bought out by MNK. The shorts drove the stock from 65.00 to 39.00. I hung on and sold at $89.00. I made over 100K on the deal. This will be similar. Just be patient
At the end of May the shares short was 25% of the float. The shorts have taken over the stock. Insiders still own over 30% of the shares. They are approaching a quite period, when earnings come out the shorts are going to get fried!
I have a nice position in the stock. My question is, is it worth buying more at this point? The stock has had a good run up already. The revenue & earnings projections on Yahoo are not that great for 2015 & 2016,
Their is an interesting article about XON & ZIOP about the 2 companies and the deal they made with MRK in the Business sectiion in Minneapolis Tribune today (June 14th, 2015) that everyone should read if they own stock in either company.
One of the previous CEO's made about all of the potential deals that they had going and none of them turned to be closed. They were sued and lost a lot of money in the suit. I am sure that's why they are being extra cautious about announcing potential deals.
What did you learn at the annual meeting? I live in MN, I am waiting to hear what you got say about it. Do they get much press coverage in the paper in San Diego? If so what does the paper say about the company?
If you look at insider ownership and the history of the CEO & CFO, these guys know what they are doing. This will be selling in the $18.00 to $20.00 range in 12 months. I am averaging down. I did this on RAD and make a ton of money recently doing the same thing.
Nice article in the USA Today about Stop/Start technology no mention of specific companies selling it. GM was was specifically mention as a user of it. Does anyone know if MXWL will be a vendor in this great opportunity?
