CLOSE this thread down as it is futile and fruitless speculation and a bit infantile ........ As a rule I do not reveal personal details but I am retired and have taken 2 tech companies to NASDAQ. We the folks that started both companies sold when we had crossed the chasm. For those of you unknowing in these matters read Moores LAW...... GTAT takeover will not happen until TG and team have crossed or are at least half way across the chasm. Mark this post...Ed
We all have differing situations when it comes to our decision to buy hold or sell.Ultimately we make our own choices. It is however a flawed decision IF your decision was based on the sale of stock by a GT officer. if you think the market is going down then fine that's a good reason to get into cash. Incentive plans offer stock options. It is often tax efficient to sell when the options are granted to minimize the risk down the line and also to get some cash. Been there so i know.
Me ..........I'm just holding for triple digits..........
I read your posts and in my view you have always a sensible view. However, hot or cold, NG at 100 or 1 is it ever going to make a difference. For 2 years now I have been philosophical about coal and content with a 2014 recovery after a 2013 failure. Now I am just sick and tired of tiny green days amongst the myriad red and regret ever believing that coal's intrinsic value and worth would be realized before ANR and ACI run out of cash... having a bad day...be well
