    Saturday IDRA, 14 May, 2016

Hey, big Giants fan here, I have been since Willie Mays days! What a great last 6 years have been. We are good if we get in playoffs, but the back of the rotation needs to improve for the Giants to get there, Peavy and Cain have been brutal, hopefully their last couple of starts each is the beginning of them getting straightened out. Go Giants indeed! And go IDRA too!

Agreed. I believe we will be range bound between $1.25 and $2.00 for a few months, unless we get some sort of partnership or study update that somehow catapults us beyond $2, but right now the BIOTECH sector, short of a buyout for a small company like IDRA is pretty much dead money. That does not mean I am selling by any means and if I could I would buy more here. But it means that I do not see it moving beyond that range by much, who knows though, right? We will just have to be a lot more patient than I anticipated 2 years ago when I started buying in to IDRA, I thought $20 by the end of this year was attainable. Now I will be happy with $4. And maybe $10 by end of 2017 and $20 in 2018. Not predictions mind you, just possible outcomes. I am still wanting a buyout someday, not going for it on our own, that is a much longer and harder road, let big pharma take it home.

This company was just bought by Abvie (ms?), for basically $10 Billion and they are a startup cancer drug company. They have been working on their drug for 8 years, but show a lot of promise in stopping cancer before it starts at the Stem Cell level (short explanation). I thought that was interesting. I still hope for an IDRA buyout in our future. $20 per share would make me happy still. I know some of you will say I am selling IDRA short, I just don't want to be greedy.

Funny you mention that. I was explaining this to my mother yesterday over lunch. Billions of dollars will be spent by pharmaceutical companies over the next few years, companies like IDRA will be the ones that will bring the greatest gains. Nothing is 100%, but I like our chances with IDRA, Milano and the Baker Brothers and for that matter Bob Doody, I like how they work and I am confident that they know what they have. We small fry need to just be patient.

Kind of silly to leave now, don't you think? I suppose everyone believes that their investments will climb through the roof the minute they put down their money to buy shares. Unfortunately, it does not work that way most often. Sadly, we are in the "we bought too early" club on IDRA. I still believe we are going way higher, someday, but for now we just have to wait, unless you park your losses somewhere else and make money, but there is no guarantee there either. I feel like today it hit a bottom at $1.19 or whatever it was, it did do a nice rally at the end of the day to finish green. I am still hanging on to my shares and will wait for that pay day, I know it is coming, just don't know when!

Not sure on CLDX right now. With their Phase 3 trial failing on Rintenga, it set them back. They have a lot of cash, but they have some making up to do. I owned them 4 years ago at $3.83 and sold 37K shares at $27.45 2 years later. Sad to see it so low, I do think it is still a worthy investment, but could be a while before it gets over $10.

Currently in CLDX. Not usre what to think on this one. Hoping it gets back to $6+ soon. Could be a good stock to trade as it seems to be whipsawing pretty good.

I did take note, although it seems many BIOTECH stocks do this every so often and there is no real meaning to it. Let's see if it holds for the day or even a few days. Who would have thought that CLDX would be near were I bought it 4 years ago, as many here did, and some before that.

Lube, I love you man, but bringing up an earnings report and hoping for a share price increase on a BIO stock in the stage IDRA is at right now is really far fetched and invites the comments you got from the idiots in the room. Now, if they announced something of significance to go along with the ER, then I could see a pop, but it seems like Bob and company are hanging on to their "news" for another day. I would just like to see it get above $2 for now and hope we can start some kind of a climb out of BIOTECH HE double L.

So true. I did great with CLDX 2 years ago, made a ton of money, trying to repeat it now with IDRA, but not doing well so far with that one. But I think in the end, both will be fine. Just hate the waiting game. I waited 2 years with CLDX and rode it from $3.83 to $27.45 on 37K shares. I have almost 200,000 shares of IDRA and eventually I will make good money there, but it looks like it will be a couple more years on that one. I hope they both get bought out and I can retire in luxury with my pet Tiger and his friend the monkey that swings freely in my over sized retirement home. Ha!

I know lots of folks talk of manipulation by the big boys and so forth, but I am not buying they are playing IDRA like a fiddle for this long. Are people really saying that this company is worth X (pick a number) and that some fund or funds are colluding in order to keep the price down because someday when we least expect it, these same folks are going to unleash the hounds and IDRA will take off for no known reason? Instead of when news comes out that actually spells out a financial gain (like a partnership of some money making kind) or breakthrough results of a particular study? I think our baby is in treading water mode until one of the two things above happens, not because of some unknown manipulation. BTW, I do believe that the latter is what will happen, I just do not know when that will happen. I was hoping by the end of this year, but it is looking more like end of 2017 maybe even 2018. Question now becomes, is there somewhere else we should be invested in and come back to IDRA at a later time and still not have to chase it upwards? All the things we longs have to consider. In the mean time, I still have my shares, but a seed of doubt has crept in to my tiny brain, at least for the near term. I strongly still believe that IDRA will eventually be great.

Yes, sadly I do have IDRA and CLDX, ouch! Which is more rotten out of those two? I actually would welcome a woman in the WH, I just do not believe the right one is here yet. Who knows, maybe Clinton will be the one and does a great job.

I can't see Trump winning, but who would have thought he would have made it this far. I like one thing about Trump and that is that he is truly an outsider, but in the end he will have to hire professional politicians for his cabinet and we will right back to where we always are. Outside of that one positive remark, he is an overbearing, rude and power hungry man that objectifies women. Bad for our country. BTW, I did not want Hillary either, too polarizing. But here we are, with 2 bad choices. Pick one.

I don't get that for one minute. Even had he been winning, Fiorina would have been of no help to him. He must have not have learned from McCain's mistake of asking Palin to be his running mate. Not that I have anything against a woman being President or Vice President. Speaking of that, the Presidential race between Trump and Clinton is going to be a zoo and the election will be based on whom is hated the most, not which one is best to be President. Holy Cow! Us voters are being asked to pick from a rotten apple or a spoiled banana. I am not sure which candidate is which! I have a feeling someone is going to run as an independent and spoil somebody's party.
