ZTE Files Antitrust Complaint With European Commission Against Vringo
ZTE Corporation has filed an antitrust complaint with the European Commission, requesting it to investigate the licensing practices of Vringo Inc. and its subsidiaries in light of concerns that these practices are impeding fair competition in the telecommunications market.
As the owner of numerous standard-essential patents on telecommunications standards, Vringo is obligated to license its patents based on fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory (FRAND) terms in the interest of safeguarding competition in the European telecommunications market. Despite ongoing efforts by ZTE to negotiate since 2012, the company has been unable to reach an agreement with Vringo on FRAND terms.
they won't be any news probably until December the earliest, if you know how the FDA works. My advice would be to forget about the stock for a while and then in October start looking at it again. And there's no guarantee that IGXT won't get another CLR letter. Just because the FDA didn't address something in a CLR letter doesn't mean the organization won't come back latter with new concerns. THE FDA said they were concerned about on labeling the product and then later the FDA said they had questions about a supplier of raw materials for IGXT's migraine product. Who knows what the organization's concerns will be when and if IGXT's migraine product goes before the FDA again.
the company doesn't have the funds for another year. Look at their financial statements. The on;y have the money to go into 2015. They need to start seeing money or they are gone.
so you don't think its a risk idiot that Vringo can go into chapter 11 before they collect a dime
until google's appeals are done. Vringo should be getting what's owed to them with interest. Also when is the appeals court supposed to make a decision on Google's appeals?
actually the judge hasn't forced google to put the money in an escrow for some reason.
