Does anybody have any recent info on what drugs of this type of exclusivity and patient numbers have sold for? One daily pill, I would also be interested in what is considered reasonably accepted pricing.

In my opinion this is just a factor of overall low volume in the market (lack of new money to feed it/people are still scared of a wallstreet rug pull) and the simple fact that the market hasn't had a bad day in a while.

I think this one is slow moving until new news/people are confident in the future economy/ or an overall pullback in the market for a better buy in point.

Looks like we found some support.

feeling good about this as Cramer talks about the difference between cyclicly and secular companies. This is definitaly a secular. The radiation issue will get tied up for 4-5 years before any $$$/product decision is based of it. Thank goodness for Gov Red Tape!

It was on the fast track to 45 until MK dowgraded. I think there are a lot of buyers on the sidelines that have not got in because of the crap Morgan K downgrade. I mean in this economy the gov is the only one spending (trust me I know I sell capital equipment) and how much money do they have to throw at them before you buy in. In my opinion it is just scared sheepole waiting for their mom to say it is ok to get in the water.

They make money, eps looks good, future looks all but certain for the next 2years and in this state of economy that puts them ahead of 80% of the rest of the companies.

Post a reply if you can substatiate any of the claims listed below. Becuase in my opinon it all depends on if their other products like the Pre Natals and cash in the bank can float them until 30 days after production starts rolling. Otherwise it will have to be ch11 and common shareholders get zero'd out. By my estimates which are completly guestimates if they don't start some amount of productioin within the next couple of weeks its all over. Unless they really did get 100m tax refund they can use then they have another 3 months.

    Looking for proof
    1. Did they really get 100m tax refund.
    2. Estimated production line startup date.

My other energy dividend stocks have not suffered like this one! Any thoughts?

The only thing worth mentioning is that my electric company (coal powered for 90%) has added a line for fuel surcharge on my bill that they have not used yet but I imagine their input costs must be getting ready to go chaotic. Might be a good sign for coal producers EPS in the near future!
