If you refer to the distribution, can you talk of a "slash" in an industry that is totally variable in its distributions due to its very nature. Also, distributions do not depend on ENI.
BX is not an average stock. Private Equity distributes in accordance with their realizations. CG distributed almost 14%, annualized,last quarter. Then, if and when, they sell little or nothing, the distribution will be small, if any. Hook'em Horns.

Some institutions are rotating out of PE and nobody wants to catch a falling knife. Eventually they will be done and prices will stabilize.
