I have dealt with investor relations on more than one occasion and, at least at that time, I was more than satisfied. The credentials of top management have been fully documented on this message-board already so no need to repeatedly describe the more-than-capable-hands the company is in. Admittedly, I'd have liked more communication in interim periods between earnings statements and conference calls, but I am satisfied that company is moving forward exactly to the specifications they outlined in last cc. This is a transition from the former, more limited, model to a vastly expanded model and we are on the cusp. Call me a "pumper" but I know what I know.
Your rants are not only predictably boring and irrational.. You "definitely" know a class action suit is coming? Your credibility is so strained that I only read your posts because I need to understand the context of the posts of rational posters. If there is a suit, it will be as bogus as the last.
Please elaborate on your criteria for "positioning itself" and why CALL is regarded by you as doing likewise with plans for int'l expansion and start of monetization of the apps in January.
Correct Lionel. This is about manipulation that will, eventually, end. The action in no way reflects the fundamentals. When the sentence begins with "that means that....," we must know it is a stab in the dark and an ignorant one at that.
Preposterous theory. Why should Apple product create class consciousness when everything in our society fosters it?
Compromise: agree to make modification to Affordable Care, agree to de-fund, partially or totally, some of the many stupid and wasteful programs, then hang Ted Cruz by this balls. Everyone gets something they want.
Get thru the debt ceiling. Then we'll see. Financial hardship will boost sales of MJ. Sad but true.
If you know the history of Tel-Save, you know that manipulation went on for quite some time while DB devised his strategy against them. When he was done, shorts lost hundreds of millions. It was a blood-bath. I have little doubt something similar will happen again.
You ought to consider the extent to which you embarrass yourself by incessantly whining in public and just sell. There, I said it nicely.
Very nicely handled, lionel_sampson. "Hype," as you use it, should not be confused (as iluv so loves to do, apparently and repeatedly) with erroneous timing about product releases or tech that didn't end up meeting specification and so was abandoned in favor of something better.
NICE! Blockbuster in the making. Will augment medicine on revolutionary level.
