I agree. They have inserted a going concern clause (its probably been there a while now). But, the worst part for me was the returned security deposits. That means whatever leases that they might have had going fell through. From the local stuff I read in Pueblo County, CO, it sounds like the County government still hasn't quite figured out how they want to handle this whole thing. That may be impeding the company's ability to sign tenants. Or, it could just be a rank fraud. All that being said, someone is still bankrolling them for the time being. How long it lasts is anyone's guess, but the real estate play has no traction from what I can tell.
How would you know what its worth? Someone like you will go buy SPG at $200+ seeking dividends and malls are certainly tripping over themselves to sign up as many Shak deals as they can. Funny how that works.
