  • He is helping others realize that at $1.25 this stock has some potential b/c a paid basher has been hired... why would a company hire a basher... because they know that they can not compete in the open market... I bet this will all end in Oct once ZO's AD app is submitted and Purdue's application is either rejected or further advanced for panel review... b/c then Purdue will have lost or get some real hope... if they have hope then they can not keep de-faming high dose hydrocodone as they could see that would be facing the same winds....

Let me ask you one more time: if you have a stellar product going thru a P3 trial (I assume you spent more that few hundred Million dollars to achieve it) why would you go to anyone else's door to buy the similar product and offer them something over a Billion $, why why why why why why why why why either you are really stupid..... or you know your stuff is not good at alllllllllllll.......

"NEWBS need to be warned " I rest my case... at last I was able to prove my point... people like DRD are here to scare away the "NEWBS" coz OLDs are used to it... and know the company's real potential..

Also people do not forget FDA has caught Purdue with their pants down once so they will not show any mercy to approve their drug so quickly without any panel review/ public hearing especially after all the controversy created with Zohydro's approval.. so even if such a drug is under their consideration, they will take all the time in the world to cook thoroughly before releasing it to the market....

See I told ya'll, the 1st one who responded is a paid basher...just think why anyone would do such a thing we all know Purdue is a private co. so Mr. Drd can not own a stock of Purdue but he must have shorted ZGNX, and he must have done it around 2.00 otherwise he/she would not be so freaking worried... thanks my friend to prove my point also does anybody see Purdue's application on FDA's calendar?

  • I doubt they have anything on hand right now if they had they would no pursue to buy Zogenix last year.. and create so hue and cry in the market, its a private company so they can come up with any announcement they want nobody can stop them... this is all to stop Zogenix to take their crown of market leader away. I have also noticed that once the Zogenix stock getting bullish these paid bashers come out of nowhere and try to scare away the investors, All the best and GTL to longs...

The institutional holding of this stock is more than 70% and till now there is no major shake up at their holding which tells me that if not all of them then most of them are pretty confident about Zogenix's future. And they would have walked away when Purdue announced about their new drug "but they did not". Usually institutions have much better insight into a company then retail investors and they can afford to wait for huge returns.

I think here Zogenix has the opportunity to show the court that how other ER opioid products have been abused (historic data of Purdue, Mylan and other big pharma's products) and compare their Zohydro's (so far) safety profile and suggest that all companies should follow the same program (from Zogenix) for any and all Opioid Drugs. Then these big guys will back-off as this program will bring additional cost/ headaches. Beside that try for the same push thru public opinion and media. Go Long...

  • I want to expose AF, and preparing a document where Adam bashed a stock which later proven to be a success, please send me the links and evidences...and will create web page.

    Sentiment: Hold

  • Till management go offensive on its competitors who are spreading mis-information this will continue to slide, Zogenix needs to set up the similar campaign against its competition to mellow them down.. all it takes few protest against Purdue and Mylan etc. for about their abuse rates..

Thats the kind of BS I don't like, do you think if someone offer them even $1.5B today for the whole Co. they will refuse it, if they are so confident why there is no buyer/ partner is available..don't get me wrong I am long here but still we are far from any valuation...just hold not pump..

By looking at the board (people who are betting it will go down) I can easily guess it must be close to double the total float.

Apparently you can short a stock even less than $5.00.

Lets all agree that we are here to make money, in my short 2.5 yrs experience I learned that only opposite happens when it comes to PPS moves, and I see alot of shorts have picked up shares meaning everyone is betting that the price will go down...I always try to sell when too many longs become too hopeful..so my good guess tells me come Tuesday NEWL going higher (may be much higher than any of us can guess) as stock market is nothing but a big gambling house..and house always wins.. :)

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

I am long on INO, and have some faith in their progress too, but can not understand that why this company wanted to do a reverse split (specially when the SP was around $4.00 already), now they are close to announce the P2 results but seems to in hurry to do a reverse split. If I remember correctly Dr. Kim spoke for new partnerships too in the past so why the reverse split specially why now? can someone explain me.....

    Sentiment: Buy

If were them, I would hire a really good private investigation firm to look into Purdue & Mylan's activities around Zohydro. I believe its ok to pay someone to advertise your company but you can not hire someone to defame/ denounce other company's product. Should check the Mass Gov. connection with these pharma cos. He went to Harvard I wouldn't be surprise if they (Pharma execs) were buddies in the school days. Also they need to check these small news release companies. And if some connection found sue them for so many $$$$$$ that no other Goliath can think of doing it again. Institutional Investors should remove some top Mgt and install really aggressive Bulldogs.

    Sentiment: Hold
