  • Does anyone think that the moderate summer will effect EXC earning. Seems like market prices have been low

You are not giving the whole story, what is the kw-hr charge if that is real low the demand charge may not be bad. Their paying for all the towns that get electricity below market. Where I live there is no demand charge we just pay by the Kw-hr. Demand charges are good though because they penalize people who use excessive amounts of peak electricity since you have to build peaking plants and run expensive NG units to provide the power. Texas has a lot of wind generation that can't respond to peak loads so the demand charges there should be high. IMHO

Wyatt , ADMP has really been slaughtered. Within two months it has went from $7 to $4. That is like a 42% drop. Hope it turns around. Seems like the small biotechs are taking a beating. I wish they had more new coming out. I think the FDA has by July 29th to file or not file their NDA for the syringe. Hopefully the NDA files. The last time they tried to commercialize it in 2009 it was a disaster which exhibited poor management. Also concerned there is no news on phase three trials for their inhalers. I just h ope their management team is competent. That being said this stock could turn on dime. IMHO Good Luck

Yes and right now it is paying over 4.5% dividend. May go down more.but who knows. I believe they have the highest dividend of any DJU and the dividend appears to be stable. Should be announcing soon.

I doubt it. The street decided they were going to sell utilities based on interest rates going up. IMHO I think we drop more but I hope not. Volume is low. FE does have dividend support. Market appears to be really strong as of late.

    Sentiment: Hold

  • FE's more sensitive as it is the biggest loser in the Dow Jones Utilities. All the stocks in this index are down today. FE paying a 4.4% dividend at his level. I don't think there is to much downside right now. Then again probably not a lot of upside. Also volume is about average.

    Reality Check

    cheknin,
I saw that press release from 2009 and others that showed them shipping the product to Walgreen's. I was kind of confused how they could ship the product without approval. The article back then showed a $200 million dollar market for it. Why did it take so long if the product was that far along to file an NDA?

    Sentiment: Hold

  • They will be burning a lot of money. The NDA Filing probably cost close to $2 million. Shouldn't be a big suprise that they had this offering. The really need to "file" the new drug application. Get approval in about 8 months. Possibly revenue in about 6 months from then. Looks like you will be able to buy much lower if interested. Eventually their generic inhalers if approved will look like a good alternative as medical and insurance companies will need to reduce costs as medical costs will continue to increase as people who pay nothing into the system or very little will be getting much more medical service.

    How Far Will She Drop?

Yahoo shows about 1.8 million shares and the value is approximately $8.8 million at todays prices. I see Goldman and BlackRock have small stakes just for monitoring purposes. The FDA has until about July 29th whether to file the NDA. IMHO if they file it then there is a very good chance it will be approved. Company says 8 months. If they approve the stock may temporarily bump up on the news. if not the stock could definitely go down under $4, although they still have the other products in the "pipeline". This stock is a big gamble and is all about speculation although I don't know why an individual would invest what the Arabian investor did. Although if half their products pan out in a couple years he would make some serious cash. jstokcton I wouldn't invest anything in the stock that you couldn't afford to lose. IMHO

  • Utilities up and 10 year bond down. Don't think this will last to long. But don't know.

He just restated his long term plan. Sounds on track to me. Of course everyone is aware and expect them to need more capital since they their long term strategy relies on more then one drug. I like their strategy. Stock might go to $3.50 the real reward will probably be in the 2015-2016 range if their strategy works. If just a couple of their products get through this stock could easily be in the $60-100 range in 2016-2017.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
