you can hack an email/computer easier than bribing a CEO or CFO. this company is so small every bit of information is material, including an "annual" MSFT headset agreement.
XBOX ONE headset news. The type of news that use to drive this stock up .20 in a single day. Remember? A Xbox 360 Halo faceplate announcement would drive this stock up .20. A $19 faceplate! This is a line of $50-$200 headsets. Thats 24 carat gold information!!! I'm sure it was leaked/sold for a few $10k. Just my opinion, but i was subpoenead by this company so i'm biased.
Thats my logic. And the fact that i got a subpoena from this company a year ago and spoke with their internal counsel who stated they were concerned someone inside the company was leaking/posting inside information ON THE MESSAGE BOARDS, adds to my belief that information leaks here. Just my opinion, but if someone is leaking information on a MESSAGE BOARD, its not a stretch to surmise more substantial leaks.
Biggies already knew this information and bought their 4 million shares. Information always leaks here, therefore no price explosions. Just the way manipulators like it, no surprises.
the buyer of the 3 million said shares gets to sell into the news up to .59 and stops the stock from going higher (speculation). Thats why this stock isn't higher: because there's always a leak with this company whether good or bad news.
Good things are coming!! When will we know? The shorts knew the Rock Band fiasco was coming. What do they know now? Is it time for more subpoenas guys?
"History almost always repeats" This company's information always leaks.
Because it's a nanocap, not even a small cap, one large purchase order to a big box is material. If this was a large company, that information, gathered somewhere along the supply chain, wouldn't have such an impact on the bottom line.
this is th Bermuda Triangle of stock trading. nothing makes any sense. nothing works. all technical instruments fail. good luck!
...just to NOT be in stores 12 months later. However, its about time they have a contributing license to generating some last minute, necesarry cash.
A privately held company can plaster patent pending all over their products with only the USPTO to worry about. A publicly traded company has a liability making that claim, if its a false claim. You know, because i mean, i bought this stock because of the possibility of that patent being issued.
