The CEO, while always being optimistic to the point of sickness, has never backed away from saying they were going thru difficult times and challenges. He is now saying they will be returning to growth and profitability this year. Is that going to be a squeaker of .01 for the year? He needs .20-.30 per share to make up for the recent destruction in shareholder equity and to put this company back on stable footing.
i know 12 people personally. Not you clowns.
That was surprising, since i know 12 people. Is that correct? Or are some holdings held in the name of the brokerage firms?
Tell that to the last private placement investors who bought Darren's sell and invested $14M at $2.40. Bad track record of misleading investors is what that was. I'm long but that was a shady deal and these oats were sowed then.
Maybe mobile gaming is bringing more kids to gaming and is helping the gaming community. Those passionate gaming consoles include Xbox, PS, Fire TV, MOJO, etc. Those free and cheaper games are now available to play on a TV thanks to the new consoles.
Those reading the recent Q report on fundamentals, in combination with previous other Q reports, probably think they are getting a deal at .60. Rev drop, drop, drop. Loss, loss, loss. Why hold? Not everyone, i would say 1 out of 10 investors, listens to the conference calls or digs around for more information than whats in the Q reports. That its holding in the .60s is amazing and speaks volumes. MCZ Koolaid taste good! Cheers!
I'd say 4 out of 5 people that own this stock don't listen to the conference calls or do any other research than read the quarterly report. I'd sell this investment if that were the only information i had, especially that it's yet another drop in revs and another loss.
That doesn't take any predicting. That only takes execution and delivery.
Unless his "expectations" are from purchase orders that are already in hand.... Those orders would be shipping in Sept or October. Production would be happening now. I think they've gained back some shelf space. We'll see... Its not hard to calculate the difference between ZERO products on the shelves and 1, 2, 3, 4...
I'm guessing Xbox One headsets in Best Buy and possibly Walmart. Maybe some PS4 headsets. Walmart is touting their gaming section. I'm sure they are allocating some funds to that department for accessories. For sure the Amazon Fire TV controller in Best Buy since they already carry the console in stores. Maybe a fight stick. Best Buy has always carried a Hori fight stick at Xmas time. Maybe its time for a vendor change there...
In any case, it won't be hard to notice any product placements and do some number crunching on the impact for this nanocap. We saw what one line, Rockband, placed in the brick and mortar mass market, did for sales. 91% increase!
When they weren't confident, which then lead to a string of bad quarters, they definitely were NOT confident. Darren would talk about the struggles in the industry and how other competitors had gone under, taking bankruptcy. Unless Karen has coached him to say otherwise, i believe him when he says things are looking up. His confidence is genuine IMO.
