Off-line discussions between management and institutions precedes volume precedes price increase.
Have your Yahoo MB ID subpoenaed and see how that affects your paranoia. That still smells!
The shelf reg at .41 brought a little assurance this wasn't going the same way. Then again my paranoia started thinking the shelf boys could be in on the act. I think a few others here thought that DR is/was trying to steal this company, if i'm not mistaken. It happens all the time. Guessing it hasn't happened to you? You'd maybe have a different filter than i do.
I got scamboozled once in a company called Princeton Video. Execs bk'ed the company THEN took it private. Originator of yellow first down line. Contract with NFL... Lots of advertising potential... Then BK!!! This has started to look eerily familiar. Thus, i liquidated a few shares. Hope its just a good olde sandbagging....
280k to be exact. All set to watch this sandbagging unfold. WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!
Is sandbagging illegal or is it just "being proactive in slowing top line sales..."?
Indeed Bfrank. Although PKD, where the money went, isn't performing too badly from $2.50 purchase. Hoping the remaining 1/4M shares of MCZ will pay off. Please keep reminding me about my lost opportunity. You should buy some BDR. Cheap! Can't believe is just gave you that one. Enjoy!
I read the headlines, profile and financials of companies. After looking at this company's financials, with a market cap of $30M, with a recent "Going concern" auditor's opinion, with the recent shelf offering at .41, with quarter after quarter of decreasing sales, I WOULD NOT INVEST HERE. Maybe a small Vegas bet. No more.
I'm guessing The Intern doesn't want the same boom and bust either. Thus, sandbag. Seriously, there is hardly a single sku in Best Buy, Walmart and Target. Walmart and Target were never serious vendors. Best Best Buy usually had a dozen different skus. Now its close to ZERO. If that changes, especially at Best Buy, then i'll claim it was a sandbag.
If you can't get it done through sustained sales growth year over year, you sandbag. You "sacrifice top line growth", cut expenses, and get ready to drop the sandbag right when you release RB4. Don't be surprised to see multiple products, besides RB4 items, back in the brick and mortars this holiday season. CTLRi, Tritton, Racing Wheels, Fight sticks, Saitek..., if we see these in B & M, then we'll know most of 2014 and 2015 were sand bagged. The sku count will tell that story IMO.
What if a Roth "tute" got to record a 5% profit for his clients in Account A, then traded/sold some of those MCZ shares into personal Account B for the big move, all the while keeping the price down to accumulate more shares in Account C? All at the "expense" of the clients in Account A. Win, win, win with the clients in Account A getting to keep warrants. Yet another win. Roth doesn't lose when they deal with The Intern.
then he's laughing at you for the same reason, if you are a shareholder.
Glad i'm having an effect. I post solely for the amusement of management and Big Boy. Big Boy takes it the hardest.
