another big buyer might come along before then... thanks to the past year's extremely poor stock and company performance - anyone with a few bucks can buy 5% of this company for $1.9M. 50% for $19M. 100% for ??????.
someone put a spreadsheet together of holders with positions. form a voting group. post a po box/address here. i'll mail in a statement (personal info blacked out) establishing/qualifying my position. i know of approx 2M shares held both other individuals.
i've always hated that DR sits on the board. I would like to help change that.
and rush to buy shares. Nor do they file the Form 4s immediately. Woodward (i think) bought 130,000 shares last June 26, more than 2 weeks after #s were released, and reported the transaction on July 1st. Everybody's favorite, Darren Richardson, bought 20K shares on June 20th and reported on June 24th. I'm certain we'll see some buying this go around. Until then, enjoy those wadded up panties ladies.
That may be them(insiders) on the bid side the last couple of days... 35K popping up there a few times stopping the usual walk down.
"The dominoes are in place and its up to us to execute" said DR. Or something close to that. I don't have the mental wherewithal to revisit the cc transcript. That sounds like some purchase orders are in hand...
you mean "funds to disperse amongst the cronies". Litter of piglets is the problem here. Simple. SGA goes from $66M to $94M in two years after the sow and piglets arrive. Would never happen with a privately run company but all to standard with corporations and their culture of no accountability and blaming the economy, etc.
The online strategy is a joke IMO. You can produce 50K units to fulfill a purchase order or you can manufacture 50K units to cover your guess/estimate of demand. In the later case, you don't manufacture 50k units but are instead cautious and only produce 10K units ,then you sell out and miss sales.
Keyboards, headsets and gaming controllers. I guess this year will tell us whether Gamesmart has a corner of that market or not. So would some strong Form 4s...
customer is? I can't remember, has he ever said "Gamestop is our biggest customer", when GME held that position? I thought this has always been a trade secret and never disclosed. Am i mistaken? Just curious. Why he would now feel comfortable disclosing who MCZ's biggest customer is unless it was just to demonstrate how the business has transferred sales to predominately online sales?
Beats are overexposed. For the wannabees now. Consumers will move on to another brand.
are you copying and pasting my comments or is that some Yahoo glitch?
probably a good chance they are making the nice looking game controller for Onlive as well.
i'm glad they worked down SGA and the debt the past year. Safe and patient seems to be their MO with this new gaming "ecosystem". They sure seem to be in the middle of everything. If they are making something for Apple and/or Google, then they may just get to $300M in sales over the next 3 years.
I have had the mojo since release and have been left fairly underwhelmed up until now. The announcement of the "onlive" pc game streaming app makes the MOJO absolutely killer! "Onlive" works flawlessly and I am so stoked to have over 250 pc games on demand instantly. Onlive is like netflix for video games and it is designed and optimized now to work with MOJO. We just ordered the subscription today and have been playing non-stop. MOJO is now a must have in my opinion. If you have been on the fence with this device, now it is finally completely worth buying. Now I cant wait for the 4k upgrade and kitkat to come along. The MOJO has had rock solid hardware from day one and now finally there is some apps/software to make this device awesome!!!
i don't care about you Swisslakes. You've ZERO credibility, plus your reading comprehension is no better than Pre-K.
