I have my VWINX in my IRA with Charles Schwab. I was going to exchange it with VWELX but the fund was closed to new investors. Schwab charges $75 fee for purchasing another Vanguard fund. I did some research and exchanged my VWINX with Buffalo Flexible Income fund (BUFBX) at no cost to me and it yields around 3% . It has 5 star rating.

I have VWINX and thinking to switch to VWELX since the bond funs are starting to take hits. I have heard that Vanguard has closed the VWELX accounts to new investors?
