Don't hold your breath waiting for a lawsuit. MJNA's job is to start producing some liquidity and find a capable CEO. The trick is not providing ammo to people like Brochstein. As much as I hate to admit it, he brings up some valid points about valuation and share dilution. MJNA doesn't need a lawsuit; they need to show that they are generating spendable income.
Brochstein's argument is weakened by the fact that he has never once actually spoken to anyone involved with MJNA. He writes opinion pieces. I'm afraid there's nothing on which to base a lawsuit. Plus, y'know', lawyers like to be paid in cash and not shares.

I started looking at that one several mos. ago. I think it was in the low .4s. I've watched it gradually tank. It might be a good time to pick up some shares, but honestly, I haven't any dd.
I hope he didn't jump off a bridge or something. Hey, Sambu, where are you?

I don't know Tim Bowie, but he's mean and he calls people names who disagree with him. Just no class at all. I'm sorry you feel like you need to insult people, Tim. Why don't you try to grow up a little.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
You really shouldn't call people names. It's ok to disagree about things, but there is no reason to be mean.

Are you talking to me? I hate rum and I wasn't in a frat. Also, objectively speaking, I'm not a moron.

Do you believe the pps will continue to gradually rise until through the summer? I bought (not a lot) in Nov. in the .11s. I'm up about 32% That's a nice return. Trying to decide if I should sell now or keep holding. Decisions decisions.

I understand that you are a fear monger. What I don't understand is why you are posting here if you aren't interested in buying shares of the company.

Never is a long time.

I have two ids, but only ever post with this one. I don't see myself as a pumper. I've never stated that we're going to make it to such n' such a share price. I just think the long term looks good for this company. I think the short term is going to get ugly, but I'm ok with that.

Christianity has millions of followers and I think they're all wrong, but I get your point and appreciate the sentiment. We could be wrong, but we hope we're not.

Wally, (can I call you Wally?) I think they are trying to get it together. I don't see their actions as evidence of a lack of caring about their shareholders. These are not seasoned veterans. The current board may be a bit out of its depth when it comes to audited reports. It IS a fairly new concept for them. They are muddling along as best they can. The will eventually find a decent CEO. I believe that Michelle and everyone else working for the company want nothing less than total success, and would like to eventually reward their loyal shareholders.

I'm about 5' 8". (boom tish).
No, honestIy don't know how to short a stock. I just don't plan on selling the shares I have, and would look at singles digits asa huge opportunity due to a short term issue. I bought at .11, .15 .19, and foolishly at .31 and .42. My av. is .19 a share. At first I beat myself up for not selling at .50, but I'm over that now. I still think that MJNA has laid a nice foundation to build on. I think the key is choosing the right CEO. Hopefully, the board will find a worthy person for the job.

I could buy a ton of shares at .06.

I haven't gone anywhere. I think the key right now is getting some feet on the ground in the Czech Republic, Italy, and other countries with legal med. p-ot. I wonder if there are international laws that would prevent that from happening. I am long, but I'd be lying if I didn't say I was disappointed in the company's lack of liquidity. I'm still long. They had no choice but to show their hand. I believe they really want to be legit and get off the pinks at some point.

The day traders we've been #$%$ about just may become our saving grace for a while.

Am I pleased about the dilution? No. Do I understand why it's necessary? Yes. The rules are going to change. There are too many businesses and jobs, and too much potential tax revenue to keep things as they are. The Feds are going to overstep their authority (if they haven't already) and the backlash will be severe. A candidate's position on legalization is going to become the new litmus test for success.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
They need to find a CEO and start realizing some actual dollars from their holdings. The next couple of months are bound to be somewhat rocky, but it's obvious they are trying to be more transparent, even if it means their pps takes some lumps in the short term. I'm going to hold what I have and buy more when I can. I don't know if MJNA will ever make me rich (certainly not in the near future), but at some point there will be an r/s and the company will start to be able to claim more profits from Dixie once the government gets out of their way. As long as they are honest with their shareholders, I will stay long and strong.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I won't sell anything for a while...not a day trader. I will sell some at some point, but not now. I do expect the pps to drop maybe all the way down to .12 again. If it does, my order is in. I actually did click that new Brochstein article. He had some good points. The problem with MJNA being transparent, is that it exposes the way they declare revenue. The best thing about the audit is that the company is being transparent. They are serious about becoming a respected company off the pink sheets. Brochstein wrote a much more balanced article than I thought he would. We have 40,000 shareholders! He said nothing to make me want to sell. I believe that MJNA will start to see huge revenue by increases by 2014. I say buy and hold if we keep falling, sell some shares if it cracks .25 again., but hold on to the majority of my shares for the next few years. I am very long.

No one buys because Sully tells them to. Just because you don't see the world the way he does is no reason to be a jerk. I don't know Sully, but I'm sure he's a much cooler guy to be around than you are.
