    When will Honda/Acura go to the 2nd generation bluetooth? It's past due. Being able to stream music from smartphones is the way to go. They let 'FORD' beat them at this? C'mon man!!!!

    As a shareholder in Dell, I felt it necessary to let my fellow shareholders know what's going on with our company:

    To all my friends that may be considering buying a Dell pc, think long and hard. Their customer support service is the pits. I am having trouble with my CD-R drive. I was sent a document to work on it myself. After
    troubleshooting it last night, I called Dell this morning. I had to prove to them what I had done and that wasn't enough for them to send me another CD-R drive. I am having to unplug cables and do more troubleshooting before they will even consider sending a replacement. In other words, prove that
    it is actually broken. By the way folks, the pc is not even 6 months old.

    So again my friends, think long and hard before you make Dell your choice.

    Yes Dell, I have sent this to my many friends who may be considering you as a choice for a new pc. I just want them to know about your customer service or lack of.
