Thanks anyway. I got my answer from my broker. I was not aware that as shareholders we do not need rights to oversubscribe.
If i now decide to excercise my allocated rights along with oversubscribing, am i subject to the spot price for the rights at the time of the execution. For this would moderately affect my buying power due to the $3 decline lbrkr is now experiencing. Thanks.
Ez, is it not advantageous to purchase oversubscription rights on open market? Or will broker honor present current market price if i now chose to convert all my rights to shares.
Also buying rights on open market, as one would when buying typical stocks, does this alllow you to oversubscribe? Would commissions also be involved? Thanks in advance.
Again ezalldee, Thanks so much! I do have STRZ along with many other of the Liberty family siblings. Can i oversubscribe in purchasing more shares too? Or do you think I should get some Live Nation instead. Thanks again, your opinion is appreciated.
Ezalldee thank you so much for your help, as i am not familiar with the incidentals that are involved as such. Can you please advise me further on how and when i may partake in this offering, i called my broker who advised me that i could not execute any purchase until new stock was actually offered which would be on Dec. 5. Does that sound accurate. Thanks much again.
I also figured the capitol needed would be in the 35k range after 20% discount and 20 day average, does that sound close to your opinion? Thanks much.
What would you do in this case, say you did not have the full amount of capitol to make use of all the rights you were issued ? LBRDA-275 and LBRDK-550 . Would you also know if these rights are renounceable or not? Please and Thanks in advance.
