    Sam,
Why didn't you take your original stake and at least 100% of it off the table when THE CURE hit $15+?
Now, it's more wait, patience and resolve that are required to WIN again, WIN BIGGER again, no GUV?
My original post as MO to you lives.......as long as SIGA has RP et al, Dr. Rose et al, THE CURE, THE CONTRACT(s),
THE ONLY CURE in the event of a terrorist attack using pox and WHO Nations waiting for THE CURE.
    GLTY.

    IMO

P.S. Parsons found it too speculative to award expectancy damages & there is no reason to believe that the SC did not agree with him after excoriating him & his promissory estoppel fantasy and is forcing him to eat his own words and reasoning with their order that he "may" consider expectancy damages!!!!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    "Hey, Know-It-All KAKA!

You missed the most important milestone in the eventual demise of PIP!

September 8, 2014- PIP facing bankruptcy with no products, little cash and the loss of their grants guy Murtha announces alliance with a privately held Maryland neighbor with access to cash and new grants guys because PIP will never receive a penny from SIGA ,no GUV?"

It would appear that the privately held Maryland neighbor Alliance was all about getting their GRANTS GUY
as a replacement for John Murtha, Grants Guy Extrodinaire in exchange for a piece of the action,no GUV?
Howza about an investigation into both company's contributions & speaking fees to politicians/ex-politicians/lobbyists,no GUV?

You're a winner & a genius and I know I don't have to tell you BUT please consider taking your original stake & a minimum of 100% of that stake off the table cuz stuff do happen & you'll always be able to sleep if a catastrophe or worse occurs!

You'll still have mucho on the table for any future gains as Europe & Asia FLIX it,no GUV?
    Congratulations again.

    $487.60 enroute to a 10 to 1 or 20 to 1 split, a move to $800 and then a buyout..whenever!

But without THE CURE if terrorists infect subscribers with smallpox, subscribers and FLIX winners won't be able to enjoy FLIX or their gains.

    Refined Arguments

And to what do we owe the honor of your presence on this board after such a lengthy absence from YHOO boards( 2008 to 2014)?

But despite the dithering in 28 pages of paragraphs such as you cite, Parsons refined his position to
the paragraph CSM cited as follows:

"" The huge fluctuations in Baliban's estimated damages (in the hundreds of millions of dollars) based on changes to a few variables in his analysis confirm that it would be unduly speculative to attempt to fix a specific sum of money as representative of PharmAthene's expectation damages”"

That paragraph trumps all his others and led him to rely on the promissory estoppel damages fantasy....which led the SC to excoriate him before advising him that he "may award" expectancy damages.
He "may award' the same expectancy damages he profusely concluded were "unduly speculative"!

    IMO

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

"The article was written after SC remand and before Parsons subsequent review. "

KAKA, the article obviously was not available until after the remand BUT the essence/SUBSTANCE/THESIS of the article was available or the article could not have been written & PARSONS ignored/did not use/rejected "what was hiding in plain sight" for the article and its author and your KAKA can't change that!

    KAKA 24/7 or will starve,no?

So why did Parsons pull Promissory estoppel out of his rear orifice, cite 28 pages of reasons why he could not award expectancy damages and not rely on "what was hiding in plain sight", FRWDLOOK paid basher KAKA?

Could it be that it would not stick because it was too speculative, KAKA know-it-all?

Or are you Parsons a dope for missing "what was hiding in plain sight"?

    PIP gets ZIP ...whenever!

"accusing your beloved SIGA of felony soliciting corruption "

Ah so, BeeBeeBrane, if you buy the scenario and nail a a felony moniker on SIGA, what criminal moniker would you give to PIP under such a scenario?
Remember, PIP would have been doing the selling, no GUV?

"PIP stepped up when Perelman billions wouldn't. "

If you believe that I have a bridge to sell you.
PIP was peddling influence & access to grants & whatever using its political angel, Murtha?
    What else could it be?
That $3M loan was a laundered payoff to PIP/Murtha for his influence?
How else would they get that money to the recipient(s) without being noticed?
Why would RP,SIGA or anyone want to merge with PIP (whose only asset was Murtha)?
    Don't believe it?
Check out the cash PIP had at the time of the alleged "loan"?
PIP was barely keeping its head above water, had little/no progress on developing products and was surviving on Grants obtained via Murtha?
    Check it out.
Anyone who believes that SIGA needed cash from PIP or anyone to survive is indeed naive?
SIGA could have issued additional shares?
Or obtained financial institution loans or loans from RP or any of his interests?
But along came PIP seliing Murha's influence and access to USG goodies to help develop the product that
    SIGA bought, no GUV?
Someone posted a long list of RP's and his interests' donation/contributions to politicians.
Does anyone believe that someone who was donating all that money wouldn't/couldn't come up with a measly $3M to help develop a product he had just invested in?
The Murtha/USG route was more expedient at that time, no GUV?

There was alot of "screwing" going on but the screwe(PIP) morphed into the screewee because Murtha passed, no GUV?
Is the above fact or fiction?
    You decide what went down.
ZIP-4-PIP in the DSC or the USSC,no?
