    Always said & say now-Reliance Damages=$1(one buck)!
Parsons must fall on his 28 page opinion explaining why he could not award expectancy damages at the time of the breach because they were too speculative.
    Why is he dithering?
Could it be that the appointment of Andre, Siga's legal eagle, to the SC and the embarrassing reversal
of his fantasy promissory estoppel damages award have him concerned about his future on the CC?
Who knows, but time & his next opinion will tell,NWJ?

  • 6 vials of smallpox decades old found in "UNSECURED NIH storage closet"!

The only true aspect of this story featured in USTODAY, WAPO, TIMES & all media is the "UNSECURED" aspect.

If you believe this DISCLOSED story, I have a bridge to sell you.
Atlanta & one site in Russia are supposedly the only sites storing smallpox.
Who, what, when, why etc explains the 6 vials found a mere few miles from The Nation's Centers.

Why did NIH or FDA have vials of smallpox?
Any smallpox still at the Ft. Detrick biolabs?
    Elsewhere.
How many "scientists", others are tinkering with or "storing" smallpox here & around the world?

    Do you frightened?
    If not, you should be!
    Why?
Cuz there won't be enough of THE CURE for all of us if there is a bioterrorist attack using smallpox,NWGUV?

    NO WAY!

    Up $32.50 to $473.10, a new 52 week high!

Up 160 points in a month!

    Why?
Increasing subscribers by the millions, new entertainment, recognition by analists that the future is millions
& millions of new subscribers worldwide, increasing revenue & increasing gains.

    Moral of the story:

Even at a $500 PPS, if you are a subscriber, merely buying 1(ONE) share could result in giving you a free
subscription for years if not for life OR you could LOSE $500 if disaster strikes.
Those who subscribed and bought a few shares betting on the future after the positive experience streaming with FLIX have already captured their subscription fees for years.
Imagine if all or merely 10% of happy satisfied subscribers buy just one share what would happen to the PPS, to the market cap & to the eventual buyout PPS?

So, take a shot, all you can lose is $500 bucks for what will be/should be one helluva ride in what will be the greatest story of the decade.

    All IMO only of course.

BUT SIGA could be a close second?

    Could be.

    NO WAY!

"$444+ right now enroute to test previous 52 week high of $458 before a split?"

    BINGO!

Up $22 to $462.50- New 52 Week HIGH!
    Split ahead?
    Bet on it.
    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++=
BUT THE CURE is the bet to make before Parsons falls on his 28 page opinion regarding his inability to derive expectancy damages at the time of the breach.

The SC ordered him to award expectancy damages but he had already declared that he could not in his 28 page opinion.

Did the SC order him to fall on his sword & do what he should have done, award essentially nothing aka
    one buck?

    Will he get it?

  • Del. SC Justices Steele, Berger & Jacobs have resigned this year.
    Gov. must replace them.
Del. Court system promotes speedy & fair resolution of cases.
Parsons has been anything but speedy or fair & will not be appointed to the SC?
    Bet on it.
In 28 pages, he stated he could not award expectancy damages.
The SC reversed his out of the atmosphere promissory estoppel damages award & ordered him to do what he said he could not do.
He has now dithered since January 17, 2014, in doing what he loathes to do, awarding zero, nada, nothing in expectancy damages.

Why is so difficult for him to do what he said he could not do?

    $299+ on April 28 to $398+ today enroute to $400+ , a 10 or 20 to 1 split in 2014, a quick double to $800 & then a buyout by end of 2015?

Watch & learn but hedge & trade if nimble or just hang tight for the global tidal wave of subscribers & news flashes for the next decade!
    ****
BUT buy a few or as many as you can afford
of THE CURE, the only cure for smallpox on earth & the only BARDA contract for THE CURE....so far!

"So don't blame them when you and your fellow traders drive the stock price down on a low float stock."

    EXACTLY.

Trade if nimble BUT buy a few to hold as a core holding.
SIGA will be the biotech to have in 2014.
BUT NFLX will be the stock of the decade ....or century.
So if you are a subscriber, buy as many shares as you can afford or at least one share.
That one share in 10 years may well pay for your decade long subscription.
48 million subscribers at $8.99 today, soon all of Europe & then onto the ME & Asia?
    Could be.
If FB has 2 billion or 3 billion users, can NFLX be far behind?

"If this is ends up being the decision it would make my day."

It took 28 pages for Parsons to conclude he was unable to award expectancy damages (reread his opinion)
so he concocted fantasy damages based on promissory estoppel.
The SC tossed out his promissory estoppel fantasy damages & ordered him to do what he proved in his 28 page opinion that he could not do, award expectancy damages.

In other words, the SC ordered Parsons to fall on his 28 page sword and award NOTHING.
    What to do?
Will Parsons ignore the SC's order & award reliance damages or attempt to derive another fantasy concoction or will he attempt to honor the SC's order, repudiate his earlier 28 page conclusions, and award expectancy damages that he dreams up?

My SWAG is that Parsons will fall on his sword & award PIP NOTHING.....or else, NWAMLN?

Moch is AMLN? AMLN is Moch?
Amln's contract with Moch has been terminated?
    Will DOPEY's & "goforshlongalldaylong's" contract be next?
