Cramer just said on his show that GOOG "needs" to takeover TWTR. He also said it makes sense for Carl Icahn to take a stake in TWTR to shake things up. In a takeover, Cramer said TWTR would go "way up" over $50.

Years ago I had a Fidelity Brokerage Services acct--they charged more than almost any other broker for commissions, and I severed the relationship. As far as mutual funds go, Vanguard is best.
