Most people flock to YMB's out of fear about what they own. Bashers know this. Usually, all of the good info gets pushed down by those teams of bashers who try to discredit the real research....reasons why people come to message boards in the first place, and this is not a good place to hang out IMHO.

GL as I am rarely seen here online. Its a waste of time.

    Peace, EXP

Look at the one day raid to $10-$12 on NQ...by muddy Liars....it was going to zero right....today it's $21. LMAO!

Relax. Enjoy the show and of course buy if you have balls and capital.

  • Buy the fear like always and watch this stock run to $90 - $100 folks.

How's their short at $20 working??? Desperate I think.

    Rinse and repeat.

First, these YMBs are full of trash posters (mostly teams of paid bashers, short pukes) so you cant blame smart people for Not posting or even coming online here very often! Like so many other SMART investors (not penny scalpers) I've been busy with about a dozen other great stocks like QCOR, RMTI, ARIA and others and really dont have the time to play stupid games with GWP and Grey #$%$ as we all wait for the news from Takeda to appear with news of an updates REMS, and label.

I'm still in and very hopeful for the return of OMONTYS just like we just saw on Iclusig (see ARIA news)...and was $2.00 folks...now $9.00 and going much higher in 2014 IMHO.

    Peace, EXP

The outlook has not changed except for the shorts who want to instill fear and who are pretty adamant about the non-return of a drug that is linked to fatalities. If you think that this is the case then please don't look at the chain of events that have just occurred on ARIAD Pharmaceuticals -- ARIA.

All that I can tell you is that Takeda is in control here. The investigation is ongoing per management.

AFFY's lights are still on. Cash in the bank and a low burn rate.

I suspect that more updates will follow.

BTW, I'm long ARIA and AFFY...many other biotechs too that were faded and are currently reversing.

    Have a good weekend.

Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (QCOR) announced that executive management will present at the 2013 Credit Suisse Annual Healthcare Conference in Scottsdale, AZ on November 14, 2013 at 8:00 AM PT/11:00 AM ET.

This week is the HF flush and a very good buying opportunity.

We just need stronger shareholders not day traders.

I believe it was around 2001 when the internationally recognized pharma company notified the FDA of their plans to discontinue the manufacture of Acthar due in great measure to the "difficulty and expense" of the manufacturing and production process. Questcor's leadership stepped in and purchased all worldwide rights to Acthar for a nominal price and for a continuing royalty on future net sales. Risk and reward.

QCOR has spent millions in the transfer and development for these 19 indications so please get over any notion that this investment in Acthar only cost $100,000. Acthar was abandoned until Questcor revived and repurposed it for real medical treatments.

Take the lumber and house example. Lumber is just a board but it takes the know how to turn it into an investment like a house worth much more as a finished product put together by architects and home builders.

Questcor Response per an older filing: Questcor's marketing and sales programs attempt to educate physicians who treat MS patients about Acthar. The focus of this education effort is on how Acthar is indicated to treat acute exacerbations of multiple sclerosis in adults and how Acthar may be helpful for patients who have not had a suitable response from steroids and how the mechanism of action is unique and different from steroids. Typically, most neurologists will initially prescribe high-dose steroids for patients who are having an MS flare. Recognizing this widespread medical opinion, we also recommend that steroids be used as first line treatment. Many of those patients have an inadequate or sub-therapeutic response to the steroid treatment, have had an inadequate response to a previous treatment of steroids, have poor venous access which makes the administration of high dose steroids extremely difficult or may have other medical issues that cause the treating physician to believe that Acthar should be prescribed. Questcor attempts to educate physicians about all of these categories of patients. Clearly, it is ultimately, only the physician, in consultation with the patient, who decides whether and how Acthar is to be prescribed.

Hi, the main supporter who was writing for PropThink left that group so don't scare yourselves on all these rumors and fear mongering articles to shake your faith. The company is solid. A stock buy back is in place. The CEO is solid too and increasing strong board members because he can. Bailey is a straight shooter and try to remember that off label sales are prohibited and all sales go through a compliance officer. More good catalysts are pending in the next few weeks. We should see the stock drift back to YTD highs too so try to have some conviction in what you own. I added a few times on the fade today as I posted earlier.

    Have a good weekend.
