This stock is very interesting right here.
    - The Div yield is up over 7% which is nuts.
    - I am seeing about $3.5 per share in cash.
    - Management's actions have been frustrating so far but I think instead of ruining the company they may have just created an unbelievable opportunity to go long somewhere here below $ have a stock nosediving into a tidal wave of catalyts...their explanations hold water, they transitioned out of weaker claims ahead of the tightening in regulations, I buy that.....they are holding out for top dollar under their current strategy, so that ties with what I would expect -- if you believe in your claims that are now stronger, then get paid.....they have had some dates get pushed back on multiple occassions but they've said all along this is a risk to be aware of...they still claim that once the trials start to stick we will "fly by" quarterly revenue compared to the old biz model....Call me crazy but I am drinking the Kool aid, especially if that Kool Aid only costs $6.7 per share and I get 7.3% div yield while I'm waiting.....

one thing giving me pause is a lack of insider buying down here....but any day you could wake up and see that happen and the stock is up 10%...glta

I said investors, I meant potential buyers of the company

Management has pointed out on multiple occasions how sensitive Ugg sales are to temperature and I don't think is coincidence that support is coming in SP at same time massive cold front is showing up....but I'm wrong about pretty much everything so take it with a grain of salt

    Why I'm In This POS

Look at this quote from Brear on the last CC:

"Over the next several quarters you will see why Procera is the member of a very short list of visionaries"....

LOL....I think comparisons to AAPL are warranted as this sounds like something Steve Jobs would have said.....

I would be happy that my investment went higher, not happy that they were infected....

I was just thinking the exact same looks tkmr has tempered expectations about their drug while nlnk is ready to go awaiting some safety studies. I bought time puts today and probly compliment that with blank calls tomorrow...

I agree with this...why would he hype this presentation up so much and not have anything to say....yes he could get out of his short at a better price but he'd look like such a fool if he didn't have any persuasive think he would trade his entire reputation just so he could get 10% better price on one short position? He wants everyone to hear this presentation and sounds like he has whistleblower documents from HLF employees to back up his claims

LL pre-announced lowered guidance and sold off hard during the session prior to announcement....wonder if SODA is looking to pre-announce bad news as well.

It was crazy talk for sure....I don't know why the stock is acting positively to this news. basically see through equity was estimating 30-40 million for J-channel and that is now looking like 2-4 million. The logitech settlement also was a let down. Almost half the revenue is going to pay inventor royalties....I don't know why this news sends the stock up 16%

forward guidance is really bad....stock closed at PE of around 80, that could easily get shaved to under 40 in the next few sessions....

    Why the sell off today?

Yep, Called that #$%^......straight up insider selling on leaked earnings.....ended up buying 17.5 and 15 puts and making money just by following the insider bread regulation is nonexistent....f'n wild west.....

99.99% this misses earnings based solely on this insane insider sell off....Agree though that you'd think puts would be a little more active...only hope is that with only 20M shares someone is walking this down and setting up for huge afternoon rally but my guess is insider trading and we close even lower than here....tempted to buy puts on this...

Added another 50K yesterday....probably explains today's price least one person is putting their money where their mouth is, that's something to hang your hat on amidst all this negativity....

  • ezndat ezndat May 6, 2014 10:44 AM Flag

We've eclipsed avg. daily volume in less than an hour of trading....yesterday I think we did close to 600K shares. If this pace continues we'll do over 1M shares today.....The Logitech settlement has people's attention...seems to be quite a few happy to step aside at .40 so may take a few hours to clear that backlog then maybe, just maybe we can float up a few pennies....

Due out in the middle of June, will be a big day for COPY investors....MI windows, Hurd, YKK-AP, PGT and Logitech should all show up as revenue I believe....The Logitech announcement was on 4/30, last day of the quarter - should make it onto 10-Q....Not sure what the Logitech settlement was for but hopefully the J-Channel setlements bring in around 5-7 million..if anyone has any ballpark guesses for Logitech I'd be all ears....The Skype lawsuit was filed 2 months prior to the Logitech lawsuit, so that is pretty exciting prospect...

SeeThruEquity estimates the Skype + Citrix + Logitech opportunity to be in excess of 100M....conservatively estimate that Logitech alone was 10M then we could be looking at revenue of 15-20M and possibly a little more...20M of revenue would be 1/4th our market this crazy talk?

If company can prove that these assertions are legitimate and can make money I think investors would be much more comfortable with dilution which would allow company to expand portfolio and/or create confidence that this company can afford to go to trial, hold out for top dollar settlements, is viable and not going bankrupt, etc.

Stifel has a pretty upbeat interpretation....Needham, not so much:

Henderson comments, "Procera continues to struggle. If the stock wasn't at such a distressed valuation, we would might consider throwing the towel in on it. But at 0.8x EV/Sales on CY15 with only modest top line growth assumed, we find it hard to get that bearish. The 0.75 B-B and the steep ramp implied by the CY2H guidance makes making the numbers look questionable for a company that has already been a serial forecast miss-er, in our view. The strong results at Sandvine and Allot likely make the challenge of turning it around even more difficult. We are grudgingly sticking with our Buy rating but would qualify that: this name is probably best for deep value investors."
