How many actually did not have insurance prior to the Affordable Care Tax ? How many have actually paid a bill ? What happened to the 30 million uninsured number ? Most people say that it is still 30 Million. How can that be ? Is this like the job growth strategy ? Still more people out of work ? Where is George Bush when we need him. He did not lie but you lefties like the sweet little lies from the Pretend President. Well at least Hillary will care about the country. Biden will not play. ( Thanks for sobering up Joe )

How did you come to that statement ? I am not being a wise guy . I am all in for a better baby oil than TPLM . I have plenty of room in my portfolio for winners. When I looked it up on Yahoo it still shows negative earnings and selling for above $7. I make no judgment about the future but the current picture is not great. What am I missing ?I like KOG and WRES but I believe TPLM is stronger long term than either one. I do expect a double at WRES.

You know I really do not care as much about PE as I do PEG ratio as it it gives a better value reflection than PE as most people look backwards rather than the future. I am a trend follower so I find PEG and GPE ratios more definitive of operating excellence by the management. We are in good shape here and I like the chart and love the model and how well it is beginning to work. We should see 14 on this run and the next quarter will set us up for 17 or so if the results are on trend and the following quarter is supposed to be very strong. You have to love it.

Thank you Laertes and Fabricone 1 . It is nice to realize that solid investors come to this board one in awhile as well as mostly as you say liars. I like DUnkin as well as a stock but as a company and where I do my personal consumption I am a SBUX pro. I buy cards for gifts there every christmas and the coffee quality is always great. Always fresh and better beans than Dunkin. Peets has better coffee than Dunkin as well. Real strong roast is superior for real coffee lovers. I am in since 67 recently. I also took some calls to make some money on the earnings announcement as well.

No ra ra as you say. Everything is a fact in my post provable by multiple sources. If you are short here you better cover. I am long and I do not lose to little guys who just say it is going down or something equally intelligent. All facts. No lies the truth starts here and now. $100 target in 12 months or less. Sorry biggrimster you are not smart enough to see it. You must be able to read and use a calculator though so I see your problem.

  • There are so many but I will limit them to the accumulative affect will be a $100 a share stock.
    Reasons :
    1. Earnings and revenue will post a beat. This is not a company that is encumbered with beef prices as a significant part of their food cost.
    2. Growth of new units world wide in strong numbers and a major increase in license operations the net effect will be an even better Return on investment.
    3. Best free cash flow of any of the coffee shop operators.
    4. Strongest Brand recognition of any of the Coffee Shop chains and for that matter one of the world's strongest brand recognition that pays off in both retail, wholesale, licensing and grocery with the largest overall market share
    5. Strongest approach to digital marketing in their space with the largest sales of cards in the industry. More card sales than the leading competitors total revenue.
    6. Huge growth position in International and the Americas. ( biggest share producer of American coffee shop sales in international markets.
    7. Strongest and deepest management team in the industry.
    8. sales more than double every 4 years.
    9. Great relationships with their vendor base. Practice Fair trade principles with all their farmers.
    10. Buying power that ensures low food cost.
I will post even more data facts that make this the World Class Operator in their space.
There are a couple of posters and only a couple who spew unfounded and frankly lies about the company. The one thing that a lie will hold no sway over is that they are the BEST in the World at what they do.

This stock will move up very quickly and very soon.
The truth starts here and it stands on facts that can easily be checked. No nonsense in a World that is filled with liars ,spewing junk. In the end the truth will bear up to the lies of the two posters with 100 id's.

While I do not disagree with our comments 1st vs. 2ND qtr. I do not believe it will take until the 2nd qtr result is known to achieve a 14 -15 level. The reason why is that the model is already revealing the strong potential for growth. Management comments can only be taken in a positive stance at this point. Shorts are hamstrung and not a factor at this point as the smart money shorts are covered. The dreamers and the comatose may not have covered yet but they will with hopes of opening new positions later but not until the trend line is. broken with regard to growth . This company will be picking up some new following soon. Good luck this stock is ready to run.

There is a rising demand and pricing may get a little softer but this is no environment where it will go below 85 imo. Could stay high with Putin and middle east potential issues. It could go higher but that is never in my thesis for buying oil stocks. When T Boone says we don;t need oil anymore I will sell. Not until though.

The 39 million is a write up for a realized gain on the investment in Caliper. In actual fact it is not really realized as they have not liquidated anything but retain the ownership. What is bad they will have additional tax liability. What is good it reflects the growing value of this asset. I can understand why they did not want to include it now but GAAP has some interesting rules that should be followed. The good news is if they divest in the future there would be a higher basis. I am not ever too concerned about non cash items though. What is really excellent is the production rate was far better than the street imagined and the guidance for the next two quarters is very positive. If this pulls back more should be bought imo.

There is some temporary impact. You can see it in the spot oil pricing. To me why that helps prices over time ebb and flow. I do like the way the new management has handled this company so far and the results are only beginning to show the potential. $10 in 12 months is my target.

Well played. I am using a calendar stop. I bought on too many dips but that is great now.The best days are in front of us. The rear view mirror method of investment is OK for some kinds of stock but one must always look forward and true up or down based on factual development not nonsense.

Shorts have had a strong impact on the share price. This was a blowout and you do not recognize it because you are busy counting the raisins in the bran flakes. The secret is that the growth line remained stronger than the market in this terrible weather. When you have a company that is propelling this kind of growth the other metrics are just fine. It also not an obsession with shorts. It is an obsession with growth, the excellent business model and a strong visionary management team that knows a hell of lot more than busting rocks and how real value is built. I love shorts when they attack companies like this one. I hunt for them. The predatory practice can be a very effective vehicle in investing. AIG, already a big winner. GM looks like a very good time to enter and there are still shorts coming in at the lows. I love that. Call it an obsession I don't care. I am obsessed with winning.

You better review the conference call notes the year is going to be better than pretty good. Maybe you do not undersatnd growth rate versus PE ? You should look into it and you will see that there is plenty of opportunity for the shares to expand.

There you have it. You put your finger on the key. This is now a company whose fundamentals are coming into line with the technicals. I just love it when this happens. SPDrama and some others will attempt to convince you that this is incorrect. Do not believe them their interest could be different than yours. I still see the $20 target in 12 months or less.
