  • I do care about their vision statement, ability to lead, build outstanding performance. As a shareholder if I think that a CEO has done something to hurt or help the share value I just buy or sell or hold if I don't know. I am not interested in the political fallout of his announcement as anyone who sells will be replaced by a smarter buyer today. If the company does not perform to my expectation I will sell until then it is my largest holding. I really do not understand why Tim thought it was necessary to make the announcement that is his decision. It was brave.
This is 2014 and at the end who cares ? If you are worried about it you should sell.

Well Cramer is smart but he has proven countless times not to be clairvoyant. Beyond that your short will be toast before Christmas. If you are going to buy Mommy a nice present you better cover now. Just sayin'

Only a putz would be short just off the bottom. I called the bottom for you. Did you cover ? Nooooo way to smart huh ? So you have been losing ever since. Why would anyone stay short after the bottom is in ? Do you know anything about trading ? Anything ? Buehler ? Buehler ?

Not fair. There are many smart people of color who are moving right. The idea of the government driving our life and restricting our liberties and bartering off our defense so that we will be loved by people who have hated us for centuries. Good luck with that strategy. I hope the Republicans do not squander this opportunity but return the country to center from the furthest point left we have ever been.Center left would be good enough over the next two years. You can not pull the needle out of the Nanny State that has been built cold turkey. That would not be pretty. Start with spending cuts, strengthen the health care system, rebuild or defense and cut foriegn aid to countries that do not perform as friends. Build math and science programs. Eliminate the Energy Department,t Tax reform etc. ( Never going to happen in 2 years . O will veto anything that really can make a difference. His own part hates him so much they would not vote. Worst president in my lifetime. He makes Carter look like a hero. Nixon who was a #$%$ did more for the country than O. What a standard huh ? Cruz he is too extreme for me but he is right about most of his positions. He should tone it down a bit. Not everyone who watches Fox News is a Rightwing Nut. Both extremes are bad.

I did. I made an initial buy today. I will buy on any further pull backs that are in concert with oil prices going down further, The oil pricing is good for the economy but they will not stay down for long imo. Winter is coming.

I think the overall market action and oil pricing has been the driver. Now is the time to buy again I have made nice money trading this and I will buy again at this level if the market shows a confirmed bottom. Oil pricing will turn around a bit from here.

Being a trend follower. I sold my remaining 30,000 shares yesterday and today. I will be back when the oil pricing demand improves. Good luck to all. I believe in preserving profits even when they get skinny.

Rommel was not a racist. He did not sign up for genocide . This dirt bag is a low IQ alternative to show how ignorant some can be. Do not let these sloped forehead types get under your skin. This type of individual no doubt is filled with self hate otherwise they would never post this kind of garbage.

There are so many nervous longs trying to protect a 5 % gain rather than make some money here.

  • Goldman Sachs is pumping their short thesis all over to anyone who will listen. This will influence many traders who are twitchy under normal circumstances. GS will cover and come up with a different scenario later. LOL. This has been carefully constructed using partial truths, some whole truth factors and current geopolitical events .
Then carefully crafting a scenario by using the known policies and general lack of enthusiasm and action from the current Administration. Goals from the White Hose would be to lower pump prices, screw up the economics for the Keystone Pipeline. Kill or at least slow down Fracking. Dampen Russian ,Saudi Arabia's strong hold on world pricing. Venezuela gets tweaked in the process as a special bonus. Obama emerges in 2015 with a new strategy restoring Democratic long term hold on American political scene and increases their power base to a point that it will take a couple of generations to put the brakes on the creeping socialism and full redistribution plan. Through the whole mess we emerge a weaker but a country that poses no threat to anyone but our own long term well being. Sounds scary eh ? Can't happen right ? Better vote.

This strategy may not completely unfold as the world economy is going to emerge by 2015 late with improved numbers and oil demand will be revealed is actually growing at a fast rate. Make your buy list and follow but don't try to catch the falling knife to early. Become a candle stick and chart reader to protect yourself. It is not a sure thing but it does improve your odds and understanding of the market. Amen. I am not short oil.

  • there is going to be a major reversal in the stock market. The over all market is still in a class 4 Bull status but we are in a tough correction. The technical indicators that I use are searching for a bottom currently. We are sitting where we were in February as the bottom forms technically speaking.., I look for a bottom soon. The first green day is a relief rally but if we see follow through for the following 2 days it will signal the bottom. As far as oil goes the commodity is strongly manipulated imo, Russia is feeling even worse pain than we are with respect to oil. This may be the real intention of this entire move. I do not believe that Europe is the major factor that is being discussed as a root cause of the market pull back. In any case this correction will provide a nice move up at the pivot point for those with dry powder. Good luck to all. Oil is still the juice that drives economies world wide no matter if it is a third world developing situation or a mature slow growth one. No one is going to lose money long term by buying oil stocks at this level long term regardless of the chatter that there is too much supply. Really laughable but it does hurt while the situation works through the system.

  • They will not melt down here . They will melt up as the public understands that this is the "New GM " . Making better cars more efficiently and the core business is already responding very well. Recalls are less and less a problem going forward but they are taking recalls on issues that most auto companies would just issue a service bulletin on to correct the issue. This is very conservative and helps rebuild Brand Trust. Good car the new Corvette that I just bought recently is the best one ever made.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • This has always been a board that has thoughtful intelligent comments from the group. I do believe that the price manipulation will offer a great long term opportunity. I would not rush into buy now. Clearly more bad news for oil prices coming out almost daily. That almost guarantees the SA strategy of smacking all the infidels around including Iran, Russia, USA and ISSL. This will set up a bottom that can not be economically justified. Get some dry powder but wait to buy at this point in my opinion. China is doing pretty well and the USA is doing pretty well in spite of a recovery that is less than robust. I am leaving my call at 6.75 currently but I could be wrong. In any case watch for a sector bottom fishing play that may be a lifetime trade opportunity. I would not short at this level.

    Sentiment: Hold
