Third-Party Statistics Support Advertiser Checks
Several 3rd party stats support advertisers' claims of better ROI on FB (with strong
engagement). In particular, Triggit released data showing that FBX CPMs are 60%
lower than RTB but yield 92% higher response rates, while Yieldbot (publisher-side
platform) showed FB ads offered nearly 3x the CTR of Pinterest and 2x that of Twitter
in select categories as of July 2013. Moreover, Triggit's data shows FBX ads have
demonstrated a 27x increase in CTR over the past year, while Yieldbot's data shows FB
CTRs improved 60% for desktop & nearly quadrupled for mobile between May-July.
All week, advertisers told us that these high ROIs continued to attract budget.
