On Google you find them, on FB they find you. If you advertise on FB you find potential users who may not have considered purchasing the product until they saw you. On Google, you already have to want to purchase the product. FB can be used for building product awareness, attracting new users, and reinforcing current users - much in the way TV advertising has always worked. But FB does it so much better than TV given the superior targeting information it has about potential users. Long and strong.
"they just don't get it when it comes to diabetes"
And that is why we longs have an advantage with respect to Afrezza's true value vs. that of naysayers and shorts and why we have been able to buy shares at a real discount in value. It is more complicated to understand diabetes drugs, prandial vs. basal, hypoglycemia and its implications etc. as compared to weight loss drugs, for example, where most people "get it". With weight loss drugs, you take a pill and ultimately you will lose weight. With diabetes drugs, you need to understand type 1 vs. type 2, prandial vs. basal, timing prandial with respect to meals, kinetic profile, oral vs. inhaled vs. injected, Afrezza vs. Exubera, etc., etc. When you are too lazy to dig deeper into a product's "reasons for being" and key areas of differentiation vs competitors, as I believe is the case with most mnkd shorts, you will ultimately be on the wrong side of a trade that could become catastrophic if you continue to cling to your assumptions. JMO.
The author clearly doesn't understand the market nor the needs of consumers in the market. Yawn.
I believe institutions have been accumulating since March - just my opinion. I think FB is ready to take off.
Mankind will likely have to give guidance at some point after sell in has begun but before reporting quarterly results. If the numbers are strong that will likely trigger a short squeeze imo.
Agree. I have been on several commercial shoots. For a relatively simple one it can take one to a few days to shoot. Then there's editing, recording of voiceover (if any) and music. Shouldn't take more than a few weeks from shoot to post production and final commercial. In cases where there is an urgent need to run a commercial, the entire process can be collapsed.
