A raw Raw? As in under cooked? Maybe a Rah Rah? Panasonic lost almost $10 BILLION, selling of real esate like Sony, who sold their office in NYC, which they bought when AT&T moved. Like when Mitsubishi bought Rockefeller center for a bit, thinking they would make a killing! HAHAHA, Rockefeller took it back, now GE is selling it all to Comcast, GE wins. Sony has about 5 years to go, tv will probably go to LG or Samsung or maybe Chinese TPV or others. Since they always follow PHG. A debt free "millionaire"....I guess you don't ow taxes, hahahahahahahaha, no such thing as not owing something to somebody! Real estate taxes, never go away...tool. You will ALWAYS be in debt to somebody, always. Face reality

Sony makes toys, Philips amkes things that matter, lighting, medical, and lots of other commercial industrial stuff. sony does nothing. But wait till Philips does something then they copy. Like selling off tv, Sony will probably hand it all to Samsung or LG, or some China company. Sony is selling real estate to pay bills! Fire sale yet?

GE decided not too, why? Philips needs to buy Osram from Siemens, for even bigger distribution and shelf space at more places and auto than Philips has now, not for teh products, but for the distribution more shelves. to stay way ahead of GE, if GE gets Osram it is gonna put a dent in Philips #1 position in lighting

Sam also has execs found guilty of crimes and not jailed, legit companies can't compete with unenforced laws. very lopsided competition. Samsung, LG, and others, are like Sony, Panasonic, etc. Up fast down fast. Yet the true innovators like GE, Philips, Siemens keep chugging along changing the world, doing what matters! Not making toys for this month's fad. Remember Chatty Kathy, or Pet Rocks? LE and Samsung are this century's fads. Have you seen how much non research or innovation comes out of Samsung or LG, yet Philips Reserach is probably the world's largest private reserach opeartion, making patents for others to use. RECALL WHEN SONY USED TO MATTER? HAHAHAHAHAHA

ALL THE STUFF Philips has patents on, it's great when others have to pay royaltys to the creator! CD/DVD/Blu-Ray CD-R CD-RW etc etc, Philips stuff yup. All kinds of tv ckt patents, keep paying the creator, Philips. And when people are having a heart attack, reach for a Samsung phone, oops nope reach for the Philips Heart Smart De frib, another pioneering work by Philips, and of course Philips keeps it all visible with their #1 in the world lighting div. Samsung, like Sony and others, always do what Philips already did. GE, Siemens, Philips, started the entire world of electrical, tv,radio, lighting. All others follow.

Philips already pioneered all the tv ,dvd,cd,BluRay etc (patents pay Philips) all kinds of audio, Philips like GE moved away from fickle consumer products, that are inundated with knockoffs etc. Philips was the biggest tv maker in the world at one time. Philips sold it's lrage appliances div to Whirlpool back in the late 80's. Philips has been everywhere, Samsung is just doing what Philips already did. Like always, Philips does, then others follow. Also the biggest CRT maker, and biggest LCD maker with LG. they move onto more profitable products. When any company grows too fast, it collapses the same speed. Philips GE, Siemens have been around since the 1800's, doing it all, moving on. Where was Samsung when Radio, and tv was being developed, Philips was there, and was part of the HDTV standards making consortium, long before Samsung had it's first product on a shelf.

Samsung doesn't do stuff GE or Philips or Siemens does. It will tumble, you thought Sony mattered, it's toast. Panasonic is fading, Sharp is gone, Sanyo next. The inovators keep marching on for 120+ years, none of the others are anything close.

I told ya 5 years ago Sony was toast. They invent nothing, they make games, they do nothing that matters. Unlike Philips, GE, Siemens, who do stuff that keeps the world moving. Sony is gone. All the Rah Rah fools on SNE, hahahahahaha, told ya so, why didn't ya sell sell sell. Apple is next.

Guess who started LG DISPALYS.DUH, Philips sold it all the LG, cus there is no money to be made anymore in LCD. OLED, the next display stuff, which Philips has lots of patents on. Philips is ALWAYS ahead of the curve. Now you see Sony gonna gt out of tv's, geee, Philips was fading tv's for years, Sony tv's are Samsung anyway, talk about Korean company buying, sony is on the block. Sharp also and Olympus. Philips, GE, Siemens 120+ years of inventing it all. sony, all gone poof. so much for all the hype.

Some years back I said Sony is done, nobody believes me, I was RIGHT as always, hahahahahaha, Panasonic is beaten, but they can survive since they do much more than make useless games and tv's from Samsung. Sharp is TOAST, as is Sanyo Philips, GE, Siemens, doing things that matter, been around 120+ years, SNE barley 60, it's OVER. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-11-09/sony-downgraded-by-moody-s-on-declining-demand-for-tvs-phones.html

Yeah those crazy dutch that like living wages, and living life. Not working every minute of their life. Samsung, look into their bribery issues, etc etc. do you actually think they got all that shelf space seemingly over night, by being sweet? Mud, you must be a dope. Same for LG, who got their big display start as LG Philips, Philips seen LCD is not profitable, so now they moved on to OLED, the next thing in displays. O, and ALL my 5 Philips HDTV LCD have are are FLAWLESS one is probably now 7 years or so.Latest 55 inch about 6 months old LED back lit, fabulous. Not made in China, still out of Mexico P&F Inc Philips Funai. Check out SNE, yeah, that's well run, into the ABYSS goes Sony. Obviously the Dutch are always ahead of the market.
