Feuerstein article states that Insmed is going to the FDA to get approval for CF patients, which is
incorrect. Insmed did the trials in Europe and will 1st be sent to European Medicines Agency. An
attempt for US approval in CF would only come later.
Parallel's production might increase greatly if some old wells are drilled to a greater depth and Fracking is used. It looks
like most of the properties lie just North of the big finds by PXD in Texas.
Tag has more potential Shale Oil than PXD has in Texas. Look at reserves listed for unconventional oil
of approx. 40 billion barrels (600 plus barrels per share). If fracking is used in some of the areas
Tag has rights on. News should be close!
Stock price does not always go down once offering starts, Repros Therapeutics went down on
announcement and the next am and then went higher than the day before and has stayed up. Some people jump to soon!
I have more than once sold a good company to make a guick
buck, and got out of a company because of a patent dispute.
I owned 2000 shares of Amgen when they filed for FDA Approval of EPO
in 1987 or 88. Big battle with Genetics Institute , Amgen stock up and down big. Sold out, never bought back . Today if
I never sold, those 2000 shares would be 96,000 shares
way back in the year 2000. This looks like a very promising
product, it might pay to hold , sometimes you never get back
For information, 10 insiders with form 4 listing , almost
all posted 9,000 share rights to buy or more. A few got
options to buy at $11.19 over the next 5 years, over
200,000 shares just in the options. All owned fairly large
amounts of stock already. Looks like they are making sure
of the amount of stock they can have.
