"Swaggin you are not a JC Penney customer ..."
Are you sure? He's short, overweight, lower middle income nd not very bright. Sounds a lot like a JCP supporter,
Then EACH retail shareholder gets to lose MORE than 100% of the money he put in the stock.
At this point the stock is not trading based on sales, earnings, margins, etc. Be careful. It's a momentum stock and may climb to absurd heights before reality based pricing sets in. See Linked-In et al.
And don't forget - Target has all those pesky anti-theft devices in use. No such thing in Penney which can really speed up your shopping.
Yes, JCP is known for its style and elan. Even better than Sears. Liz Claiborne is as fashion-forward as you can get - especially if you're a sixteen or greater.
That's exactly right. In our stores the closest empty parking spots for the mall are always by Penny.
This information was passed on to me by a particular parrot who overheard a conversation, or at least someone talking to himself. Apparently there's a small store in West Dubuque, Iowa - C. J. Nickels Elsewhere Emporium. It's only 800 square feet and open just every third Saturday in May. But it somehow gets two of every new item added to you-know-whos inventory. Elsewhere prices these items at double or triple how they think you-know-who will price them. And now you know.
You're right. But why not wait to see if this is the peak. The longs had it up to $28 just a few months ago. Maybe you'll be lucky and they'll do it again. Also you'll need February puts if you want to catch the next disastrous earnings report.
It's clear that is what you believe - and practice. But anyone receiving a message from you, outside JCP, thinks you are ignorant as well as arrogant. Even on these silly boards you look dumb.
